The room small, old fashon an important redesign is necessary .
The staff was friendly and the location is in the live part of paris
It was too cramp ,
the location is excellent and good value for money the staff are very polite and helpfull
the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the rooms
Comfortable bed Professional staff View was pleasant from window
We stayed here before leaving on a river cruise. My bag was delayed, and although we told the airline where the cruise ship was, it was delivered to the Odeon. They accepted the bag and contacted us to tell us they had it.
The bathroom is a little small and the shower is quirky and you end up spraying the entire bathroom.
The location, the Team
I liked the serves there
Kind of expensive
Location. Early check-in Knowledgeable staff Helpful and courteous, also observant.
Breakfast was expensive and not great value for the price. Luckily there were many choices with in a few steps.
Helpful and wonderful staff
Helpful daytime concierge, nice breakfast, great location
Bathroom a bit cramped, especially the little nook where the toilet was placed!
Location. Having a safe in the room.
A bit expensive for the size of the room.
Super location in middle of St Germaine quarter which we love. Excellent staff (3 out of 4). Very good air conditioning. Clean.
Noisy at night due to restaurant bar over the road. Room very small by Paris standards. Wish Paris hotels would get duvets. Have stayed at better hotels for the price
Location was wonderful. Comfortable, loads of charm- great staff!
The location was convenient, and the room, while small, was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and it was nice to be able to get tickets to the Louvre there and skip the line.
The internet was fair, which was challenging at times as we don't have phone service in France and rely on wifi. And while the staff was mostly helpful -- we were sent to a seriously overpriced tourist trap of a restaurant that we are pretty sure now has a deal where they kick a little $$ back to the referring clerk to send unsuspecting tourists. And breakfast was fair -- but not a great value.
Location was excellent, lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Staff very friendly
The situation of the hotel is excellent, the staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Compared to other rooms we stayed in in Paris, this one was definitely not the smallest.
The size of the bed as it was only 1,90 m long.
Location really good.
Rooms were a bit dingy and small. The website is quite misleading.
Location, friendly and very helpfull staff,
paperwise walls, just basic equipement, small bathroom with just slide doors to the small room - no chance to be alone in the toilet ;)
very central, staff excellent, very clean, good quality bed and linen
lift extremely small, bathroom also small but compact
I liked the location of the hotel and the size of the room was also very comfortable for a single person.
I found the area noisy throughout the night. A pity that they don't have double glazed windows.
Location was great. Staff was helpful.
Room was very small, even for Paris standards. The hotel was exceptionally noisy and we could not sleep. Other guests kept us awake with loud talking in the hallway and slamming doors all night long. Walls were not soundproof. We switched hotels after 2 days. Found a hotel for less money which was much nicer and only blocks away.
We like the location of this hotel and the proximity to most of the major sites in the city. The easy of walking to great cafes and shopping and the little neighborhood streets in and around the general area. The hotel has some charm and was generally clean and well maintained.
To start with the super snotty little frenh man that "greets" you when you arrive. How on earth does he keep his job? He was condecending and dismissive to not just us. . but I watched his interactions with other guests and I give him an a for consistency.. He should not be in the hospitality business at all. The bathroom are just barely workable from a space standpoint. Yes, I know it's the way it is in Europe and I wasn't expecting luxury . . but this was simply laughable.. .bordering on unmanagable. the breakfast was overpriced for what it was. . . and we got charged anyway . . even thought we didn't have breakfast. OH. . and the snotty man at the deak made some excuse that his computer was not working so he couldn't take it off our bill. The noise across the street from the cafes if you have a street facing room.
Everything. Very friendly, helpfull staff.
Nothing to complain about.
Good No issues
Lack of facilities, small, no fridge, no kettle, overpriced
