Great location in the Latin quarter. Met all the needs for a weekend trip.
The location was exactly what we wanted and we were extremely sorry to hear that the Hotel is to close for modernisation and enlargement, as we will have no idea whether the changes will suit us as well they did this time. However, if the price and locatio remain the same, we will be very glad to come again.
Breakfast was not particularly lavish (and very expensive for what was on offer.
It's the best location to visit Paris for few days. The staff was very helpful and willing to give information. The room was small but clean and quite. You could find everything ( restaurants, coffee shops, bars, supermarket ) nearby.
It is rather expensive for a room of its size ( but I was informed that that this normal for Paris and generally France)
The location is excellent and the room was clean and spacious for Paris. Having a bath in the room was a real luxury after a day sight seeing.
Booking.com had the incorrect room allocated, not the hotels fault but this does needs addressing as its misleading.
Location is great, service is very good, staff is very nice and friendly
room is a little small
It couldn't have been more central, with an easy five minute walk to the nearest metro station, yet the area was lovely and quiet. Staff were very helpful and accommodating
Rooms were a little on the small side and a bit warmer than I, personally, would have liked.
The location of the hotel is very good, central, and easy to move around. The staff was quiet helpful, and the room was pleasant.
Waiting at 15.45 to make the room was not impressive.
The location. Warm rooms. Comfortable bed. 24 hour staff on the desk always feels more secure.
Black wallpaper in the corridors! We were upgraded to a duplex but would have preferred a normal room as the stairs were challenging. Not sure about fire safety.
Location and friendly and knowledgeable staff.
European physical size facilities.
Loved the staff. Loved the room design and the window looking out over a small courtyard. Loved the location. Excellent breakfast and breakfast room.
Bed mattress was not up to standard. Needs to be replaced. The pillows were lumpy. They need to be replaced. WiFi was not adequate. Of the 8 hotels we stayed in in France this was the only hotel were the WiFi could not hold a signal and this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in. Sheer window curtain needed to be washed.
late check out w/o problem , small but nice room
shower head could not be adjusted in height
All around great experitence. Staff was extremly helpful making our romantic Paris trip beautiful. Location of hotel is super as it is close to Luxembourg Gardens, St Germain Blvrd, Latin Quarters, and other interesting locations. Room was not too spacious, but was comfortable and cozy. I think for Paris is more then you would expect for price paid *around 130 Euros per night
Decor. Location. Ambience
Lack on any coffee / tea making facilities in room. Lack of English channels on tv.
Location was excellent
Bed was terrible & needs replacing. I had to sleep on the floor as the bed gave me back pain. They also had some electrical issues & had to reset a fuse on the 2nd floor. (To their credit they had some electricians working on the problem the next day)
