quiet location. good parking very good breakfast and very good sized rooms and also clean room what more can you ask? have stayed at this hotel various times therefore good.

It was an excellent stay over on our way to WW1 memorial sites.

We stayed with four people and we had to use the pull out couch located by the front door. We had direct access to the main atrium with it's bar and games area. The atrium is very echoy and loud it was difficult to sleep in the front room. The main bedroom located at the back however was much quieter. So if you need to use the pull out couch, ask for a room that does not open onto the atrium.

The apartment were excellent with ample space for 3 people and the breakfasts were really good.

I can't compare other rooms. Seems we got biggest room and they are very big! Which is great if your with kids or 2 couple sheireing. aloso they had lots of parking space. But I wouldn't go there for eat.

I didn't noticed anything bad.

Large rooms that can comfortably accomodate larger famillies. Facilities in the room were excellent.

The facilities in the central reception area were excellent - pool table and table football available for no charge - great the for keeping the kids entertained. The hotel is on an industrial park (offices) and feels safe, it was only a short distance from a Metro station (with free parking) giving easy access to Lille city centre and surrounding suburbs.

The staf is very friendly, i really like having crepes for breakfast. The hotel is not too far from the metro stop 4 cantons, so you'll be in the town center withing 15 minutes.

In the evening the noise from the large indoor hall can be somewhat disturbing.

Easily accessible, quiet location, good parking. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money

Apartment not really suitable for 4, sleeping in living area on sofa bed meant there was no window and no ventilation, would have been stifling during hot weather

Heating in rooms?

Hotel apartment was comfortable and roomy with air conditioning that worked. It has plenty of parking and also a DIY launderette. Although built as an atrium style hotel we found our bedroom quiet after closing an internal door.

Hot water was slow to arrive in morning!

the rooms and room facilities were excellent the bar was reasonble.

lack of staff causing chaos a breakfast and lack of food etc.same applied to the bar [one person cannot cook, serve and clean up] also the receptionist was on her own at checkout causing a big queue, in saying that she stayed calm courteous and helpful. the bar closed far too early 2130 and i was led to believe it is closed over the weekend

Shame it didn't have an evening restaurant - there aren't any either within walking distance. Frozen meals were available however to cook in your room.

It is a good hotel, good staff and good facility .... very friendly !! Although it is kind of far away, it worthy.

There is no public computer and internet access...
