The design and layout of the hotel is outstanding. Breakfast was wonderful and very generous, lots of selection. Spotlessly clean. Reception staff were not very friendly. And one thing which would be very easy to correct: You really need a sign at the driveway, saying "Olivarius", or even just "Ëntrer" and better outdoor lighting. Arriving by car, we drove right past almost every time because we could not see the driveway. |

The Olivarius was a new experience to us, we thoroughly emjoyed every aspect of the hotel from the staff to the breakfast, location and concept. Would definitely recommend to anybody visiting Paris as the RER rail is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel so you have easy rail access but you also have a spacious apartment to enjoy with your family in the evening. More hotels should be like this. |

Good place for youngsters, students. The design of the studio is very ackward and quite depressive. The bed was not of the good quality and there was no cleaning during the stay (we stayed 2 nights). |

We stayed in a family room (70m2!) during the halloween weekend. nice rooms, trendy design, very affordable price. a good continental breakfast was included. free parking in garage. |

The staff were very kind and helpful. They spoke English well which made communication easy for us, since we don't speak French well. The room was very large by European standards and very comfortable. |

Excellent 4 bed apartments very well equipped and modernly furnished, friendly, helpful staff and superb quality breakfast buffet. The website makes the hotel look very good, the reality is even better. Apartment allocated was close to bar, loudspeaker could be heard inside the childrens bedroom. This apartment would be better allocated to older families. |

An excellent hotel with kitchenettes making it a great deal. Large bed and well appointed room. A little too far from Paris center for easy access but with a car it was possible driving to the Metro and parking. It takes about an hour each way if you don't take a wrong turn and end up paying 7 euro to get lost at the end of a toll road. |

The staff were excellent, the hotel itself was very well designed for longer stays. The rooms had all the right kitchen equipment for small meals, and the hotel has many additional items appropriate to the apartment hotel style (laundry, food, etc) The polished concrete design is good, but reflects all noise within the hotel. As such, our room was quite noisy with noise from reception during the night. |

We chose this hotel because of the price above all and it turned out to be a good value for money! Breakfast was great: tasty and various! we also liked the lobby design, the hotel amenities & the environment. Our room was not really welcoming (concrete wall) and the layout could have been better. We didnt really appreciate the unexpected 500eur pre-authorization!! it was also noisy because of the roadworks but anyway...the rest was perfect! |
