Olivarius Apart'hotel  

Apartamentul în care am stat , cu două camere , foarte spatios , bucataria utilata inclusiv cu masina de spalat vase , zona aerisita , relativ aproape de centrul comercial 3 Fontaines , unde se afla si gara ptr vizitarea Parisului. Micul dejun indestulator , nu era zgomot noaptea . Personalul serviabil , zimbitor , atent .Doua televizoare , unul in sufragerie si unul in dormitorul mare . Internetul functiona in toate camerele .Parcarea subterana , spatioasa , inclusa in pret.Hotelul aflat intr-o zona inconjurata de verdeata.

Zona linistita

Am stat la etajul trei, fiind ultimul etaj, unde a fost foarte cald, neexistand aer conditionat in tot hotelul. Nu ne-am putut odihni cum trebuie toate cele trei nopti cat am stat, motiv pentru care nu cred ca merita 4 stele.

Camera mare, frumos decorata , micul dejun variat si foarte bun calitativ, personalul atent. De retinut sunt micile restaurante amplasate in portul aflat la deistanta de 10 minute de mers pe jos fata de hotel. O locatie buna pentru vizitat imprejurimile Parisului, Versailles , .

rooms are very basic. Mine did not have a sitting area, just a bed and a desk. Airconditiong in the room did not work.

The breakfast buffet is extensive, the rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed, just like the hotel itself. Private parking garage was perfect.

Since there were too many guests in the morning (200 approximately), they didn't have the time to bake eggs for breakfast. The location wasn't ideal either. You had to walk two km to the train station and then sit on the train for half an hour to reach Paris. I didn't want to walk the 2km when it was already getting dark in the evening, therefore we had to return earlier from Paris.

very good location, 40 minutes by car to Paris. Ambiance was perfect, clean , lively atmosphere by the atrium. very nice bar. high speed internet, free parking, very nice breakfast.

The design, layout, and modern design. The bar area offers something to do in the evening, and the roomsa re clean and well laid out - modern. I also use the car park.

The staff wouldnt serve beer after 11pm, so I bought a bottle to drink after a 7 hour drive with my friend, and they would not let me drink in the lounge area (. the bar staff were quite rude and stared at me after that.

We have stayed with a family of 8 persons at Twin Appt #10 and #18. The rooms were spacious and modern. Fully equipped kitchen incl washdisher tablet...:).. Good mattresses. Olivarius provide good buffet breakfast. It was better than some of 4 star hotels. There is a garage where you can park your cars for free. The distance to Paris city center is about 30 min by car, but you can also take a train RER A, i think walking distance to the station is about 10 min. Overall we were satisfied with Olivarius, we ll definitely come back.

It was a pitty that we did not get rooms next together. There was no sheets/duvet for the sofa at appt#10. The volume of TV at appt #10 was too loud, and we could not change it.

They was very helpful !! Perfect !! All the staff speake English!! I will definitely come back!!

The family room I had was large and spacious, with plenty of amenities in the room ie 2 showers, toilets, bedrooms, tv's. large lounge and dinning area with a practical kitchen. helpful staff and friendly. Good breakfast. 2nd time at the hotel and both times was excellent will come again

very friendly staff that tries very hard to accommodate guests needs and requests as much as possible. hotel itself is very modern, clean, spacious; rooms are secure with a nice kitchenette and bathroom, provides a good breakfast buffet, and conveniently located close to nearby mall and train station.

Love this hotel, great buffet breakfast, wifi, stylish designed rooms and excellent value for money. Stayed here twice now and will go again. Stayed once with a car so drove into Paris and paid reasonable parking rates in the city. It was great. Also stayed and used the metro to get to Paris. Less convenient due to good 10 minute walk to metro. Overall though I like this hotel, Paris is not on your doorstep though. It is like visiting London but staying as far out as zone 6. If you have transport it's great and hotel parking is very secure and free

Room was big and well decorated, clean and functional. Good price and quality. 10 mins walk to rer and from there 30 mins to Paris Downtown

We faced some difficulties to sleep at night due to the outside noise (pool table at ground floor)

We weren't able to turn the floor heating off! It was horrendous! We were boiling in December!
