Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit
25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cards
Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Carte Bleue
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
The remaining balance of your booking is requested one month before the date of arrival.
Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 + EUR 50 for the cleaning is requested at the hotel. The cleaning at the end of the stay can be done by the guest or by the hotel at an additional cost.
Opening hours:
- From 08:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday.
- From 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 21:00 on Saturdays.
- And from 08:00 to 11:00 on Sundays.
In case of later arrivals, please contact the residence in advance.
For all stays of a maximum of 6 nights, hotel services (sheets, ready-made bed, towels, TV) are included in the apartment rate.
For all stays of a minimum of 7 nights, hotel services are not included in the apartment rate.

Friendly, very helpful staff. Modern, clean studio apartment. Modern, clean public areas, good decor. Good security. Within the security wall of the hotel everywhere was clean and tidy, shrubs and trees planted around the car park. No linen provided, but staff did manage to find us some sheets. Excessively large deposit required ' for breakages', this was returned promptly on leaving after inspection of room by staff. No public transport nearby, not even a bus, so had to hire a car. Car park charges in the city very expensive. Hotel was situated in a very run down, semi industrial area- our window looked out onto a breaker's yard. Depressing. Not really a hotel, more for long term lets to working people, but this was not how it was marketed to us. |

Great value for money, very hospitile reception, good attitude, nice rooms, free parking, many other facilities. Bad location: one side to a motorway, in a semi-industrial area, far from public transport and any shops. No vending machine to purchase water/snacks etc. |

Did not like it. No air con.55 mins walk to Montpellier centre.Bus once every hour ,last from Montpellier in evening to return to hotel 7.30pm. In accessible to everything without a car. Also took double fee from my bank account,in process of investigating through my bank. Terrible company.Nearest super market 35 mins walk and part of walk through quiet country lane not safe at night for lone female.Terriblr choice said 15 mins from Montpallier centre in your add but failed to mention 15 mins by car. |

very good service from the owner's side. She's a very helpfull person who speaks English properly. lack of aircon can be a problem during hot summer time. People who don't rent a car need be careful as the taxi drivers can cheat on you and try to charge you around 35 Euro for 8km drive. |

Design of the accommodation and quality of the interiors. The floors were not clean on arrival. Location and access to the facility is difficult and takes time to locate and familiarise oneself. Lack of a balcony to the triple unit. Lack of a dishwasher. |

English not welcome on arrival the flat was dirty had to clean also we were given an inventory in French,they said I had to check whats in the flat then sign,and if something was missing I would have to pay,i said I didnt understand french they gave me a dictionary,not knowing if doing it right,then no bedding,no towells had to pay 28 euros for 1 sheet por each bed,tax,also no one tells you you... |

Le parking, la clarté dans l'appartement, les couloirs larges sont des plus, dans l'ensemble l'hotel est propre et agréable. La difficulté d'accès depuis Montpellier, plan difficile à suivre. La table pourrait avoir une rallonge et dans la salle de bain un barre pour les serviettes serait bien venue... |

L'hôtel est excentré mais pas très loin du centre de Montpellier, la chambre est configurée comme un studio et donc idéale pour un moyen ou long séjour. Le confort est un peu spartiate particulièrement concernant la literie. |

Malheureusement je n'ai pas aimé grand-chose. Le personnel sympathique n'a pas compensé les manques. Pas de savon. Pas de gel douche. Très peu de papier toilette. Petit lit pas très confortable. Propreté à revoir. |

La liberté d'acceder et de sortir de l'hôtel via un code d'accès, le calme, la tranquilité et le coté détente via le sauna et le jaccuzi. Pour la location à longue durée, les prix sont trop élevés. |

L'appartement trés spacieux, trés propre, ainsi que les parties communes; Une excellente insonorisation, un parking privée, et un acceuil excellent quoi demander de plus pour 35 euros par nuit, même des hotels à ce prix là, n'ont pas le luxe de ces appartements. Mais shut il ne faut pas trop en dire sinon ils seront toujours plein et on aura plus de place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmässig aus gestattet. Die Räumlichkeiten sind grosszügig und gut eingeteilt.Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Euch. Die Lage ist nicht ganz günstig, wenn man ohne Auto reist. |

L'espace dans la chambre Quand je suis arrivée et que je suis allée aux toilettes, ces derniers n'étaient pas nettoyés, ne laissant aucun doute sur le fait que quelqu'un était passé par là. Je suis arrivé un dimanche, donc personne à qui demandé le nettoyage. De plus le lit n'était même pas fait, heureusement qu'il y avait des draps dans le placard, même s'ils n'étaient pas très blanc. Le lendemain j'ai demandé à ce que le ménage de la salle de bain et donc des toilettes soit fait. Une dame est venu nettoyé la salle de bain mais pas les toilettes !!! J'ai donc fini par faire le ménage moi même |
