The staff are extremely friendly

Hotel was definitely value for your money. Hotel was much nicer than I expected from 3* hotel. We had a normal room, but it was large and we even had two fancy balconies. The room had even a balcony in the bathroom.

The breakfast could have had been bigger and the room was also quite small one.

Location ideal for Monaco. Parking garage right next door.

The staff were friendly, helpfull and most generous. The hotel was tastefully furnished, in keeping with the beautiful surroundings of Monaco, as was my room. The double bed was very comfortable, the en suite was of good size and everything in the room was perfectly clean and nicely finished. Parking is available on request and the owners were most kind in letting me keep my car in their carpark for a couple of hours after checking out- to do some shopping in town.

Tickets for wi-fi are free.

Iron facilities available in theory. (In fact, not). Tickets for wi-fi are given only for a few days, and not for the whole period of stay. They highly fear the validity of the wi-fi ticket not exceed even a 1 day stay. As I could use this, when I leave. Poor choice for breakfast. Extremely poor website (March 2013).

- Close to Monte Carlo - Helpful staff

The hotel is very good value and is in a good location. Easy walk to Casino etc, and short distance from bus stops. A 5 EURO 24 hour pass takes you anywhere in Monte Carlo and there are lots of buses from Tourist office which is only 5 mins walk from hotel

small friendly hotel, very close to all of attractions and in easy walking distance of the centre of Monaco. Easy to find well sign posted.

Staff very helpful and friendly, Maria in particular! Good basic accommodation if you are working at the Grimaldi Forum

Breakfast a bit haphazard if you are in a rush

Poor breakfast with 10 euro have to pay more. And poor wifi signal. Other thing is ok.

Very helpful staff, in particular the lady on reception when we arrived on the sunday afternoon! I think her name was Maria. Very good value for money in an expensive area

We were asked if we wanted breakfast and we said 7am but there was no way things were going to be set up in time, so as we had to be at the conference centre we left without breakfast, as did several other parties who were staying there. The second day was more organised.

The staff was trying to be helpful, the internet access was good.

When we arrived, it turned out that there is no parking space for us, even though we had had reserved it. Apparently, we were supposed to know, that in Monaco the parking space is limited and our car would take up two parking spaces, not only one. It was too high, anyway, as the maximum height allowed was 1.9m so we wouldn't be able to park there in any case. Of course, there's no information about such restrictions anywhere. We were just supposed to know it. So we've spent like *5 hours* trying to find a parking space in Monaco or anywhere near the hotel. In one parking we've lost our CB antenna, because we were naive enough to listen to the directions of the parking guy ("go to ze left, it iz high enough, you can park zere"). In the second parking, even though we'd managed to get under the safety bar, we got stuck a couple of meters later as the ceiling apparently was lower than the safety bar. Remember, if you have a car 2.2m or higher, you will spend HOURS trying to find a parking place there. That experience has completely spoiled the visit for us as we were too tired to climb up and down on all the stairs and steep streets that Monaco is composed of after 2 hours drive and then 5 hours of circling around the city. Oh, and the breakfast for 10 euro is really not worth it - you get a small cup of coffee and a croissant.

Would have liked a bigger breakfast restaurant, but that said there are excellent eating places nearby.
