Staff friendly and very helpful.
Wi fi very slow in room, worked in foyer.
Close to the airport for an overnight stay. Free (if hard to find) shuttle service. Large room Pretty quiet
Hotel lobby smelt like burnt cheese. Reception staff were rude. Hotel room was a biy run down; cracks in the tiles, significant water damage in the bathroom. WiFi, while free, was so overloaded it was worse than useless.
Close to airport, and free shuttle bus to CDG
Bad soundproofing, kitchen although there, was not equipped, no glasses, cutlery or utensils
extra money was charged for early check in.
The worst hotel I, as a frequent traveler, have ever been staying in France.
Unpleasant hotel. Furniture is broken , carpets with stains, floor in the room has not been cleaned for ages. Although the there is a small kitchen in the room, it was not equipped. It was not possible to make even a coffee. Terrible smell of food in the corridors. On the first day the room was not cleaned and done at all! After my complain on the following it was done. Extremely expensive, as the quality of premises and service do not correspond to 4 stars. It corresponds to 2 stars or hostel.
location, and space of room
cleanliness..could be better. staff to front desk not enough always a queue for any thing
Close to airport
We booked 4 months in advance and my daughter and husband and baby travelled with us and had requested a baby cot for the baby.We were told all cots (2) we're given out, and didn't try to get another one. Rooms not clean, hair all over shower, cracked and big holes in the tiles and curtains not on all hooks. Couldn't get a hold of reception by phone to get onto wifi, as there was no instructions by the phone. We didn't even know what room our daughter was in, and the clerk at the front desk was so unfriendly, we didn't want to go back to desk.
Great location minutes to CDG airport,
Matress was comfortable. Coffee from the restaurant was tasty, and the gentleman who took my order and prepared the coffee was very friendly and professional.
This may have been a chic hotel in its day, but that day was a long time ago. This hotel is run down and filthy (if it's too late to cancel your reservation, do NOT look at the floor. Any floor). I was seriously afraid to sleep in the bed, but the bedding actually looked quite clean, and the mattress was comfortable. Wi-Fi was non-existent in my room (5th floor) and the receptionist just shrugged and pointed to a computer in the dingy, poorly-lit hall. Oh, and the suite? Not a plate or pan to be found. No coffee maker. There is a kitchen, but the cupboards and counter tops are bare. Very strange. I didn't order the breakfast, and I'm so glad I didn't. When I went down to get coffee in the morning I saw a server frowning at a plate, which she quickly wiped with a paper napkin, then wisked off to a waiting diner. I don't want to know... For what I paid for one night in this dump, I was furious. I would have felt cheated at 1/8th of the price. Disgusting.
Breakfast staff were the only pleasant part of our stay.
1. Manager and evening desk clerk were both rude and had very poor customer service skills. 2. Rooms were dirty and several broken or unusable items. 3. Rooms were very worn and badly needed of upkeep.
Bed was great. Very quiet room and easy access location. Free shuttle also to and from a really nice shopping mall to kill time.
Wireless internet never worked at the room. Room was a bit tired. Not as new as looked on photos.
The staff is not friendly The fitness is poorly furnished and badly located The room is not comfortable as a 4 stars hotel should be The business is just 1 computer located in a very small area between the oven room where they keep breads in 1 side and trolleys full of dirty bedsheets in the other side. The quality of services for a 4 star hotel really need to be reviewed in this hotel.
The size of the room and space.
The bathroom shower screen was to narrow. And we had to go downstairs to get cuttlery. The staff took long time to meet customers and the pantry was empty.
Nothing. (Town was cute, though.)
Needed to wait 3-plus hours to check-in (after international flight). Room was not that clean. Missing pillow cases. Staff not friendly. Not worth the money.
The close proximity to the airport
The room was very smelly and the sink was clogged. Only one staff that needs to handle great number of guests. The wake up call was delayed I guess again it was because of short staff
I liked that the hallways were dark and dingy so it covered up how run down the building was. But the room was large for a European hotel.
Room was too hot to be able to sleep. European hotels do not provide the same AC capability as in US hotels. But most European hotels will cool a room to 25C (77F). The room I had must have been at least 29C.
close access to airport friendly helpful staff
kitchen facilities were almost non existent, had to ask for utensils etc; As the room was a family room, there was only one chair to sit at the table. No kettle to boil water for a cup of tea. (tea does not taste well made in the micro wave. No space in the second bedroom to put luggage, and no space in the 2nd bathroom to put toiletries.
Regular bus service to and from airport. Good bathroom nice beds good TV Location next to town , we walked over for a good meal
Furniture scratched, not refinished. Temperature control was bad , we were cold at night , needed a heater brought in
Design of the room and the location of the hotel
Intercom telephone facility wasn't functional. Hotel Lobby and restaurant were generally dirty. Food in the restaurant was unhygienically prepared. I saw a very long strand of hair in the croissant.
It was very clean and close to the airport. The airport shuttle service was excellent to and from the airport.
The staff were rude and none attentive. They seemed to have only 1 or 2 people working in the afternoon and evening. We requested for cutlery, a kettle, milk, tea and sugar in the afternoon and only received the kettle and tea. We then requested for milk at night only to be told that there is no milk. The lady's tone was unacceptable and other guests were not impressed.
Very comfortable bed, great bath, good TV,, pleasant staff with good English.
No light in kitchen, plugs in bath and basin not working, toilet took five minutes to fill, mould under bath surround, no iron, one solitary tea bag...hullo! For close on $200 not value for money.
Hotel is handy to airport with free bus service and handy to local shops and restaurants. Good bed, shower and bath.
There were no kitchen utensils in the room and staff were reluctant to give me more than a plastic knife and fork, let alone proper cooking utensils. Shower/bath was dangerous to get in and out of for me (older person). Very few working light bulbs in the room so it was difficult to see in kitchen and bedroom. Fridge ice box had not been defrosted in many months, was leaking onto floor (I slipped and fell) and fridge door would not close. When I reported it, I got the impression that no one cared enough to fix it. Same with the light bulbs.
several items were not functioning: some lights, shower, washtable drain. The hotel makes a poor old impression. Carpets dirty and worn out. Dark. Dirty windows. No bar facilities, just a kind of meal machine with high priced low quality mcirowave food.
Nearness to airport and the lovely village nearby
Hotel was dark which made it look dated
