The black bus is not very frequent and often crowded

All Ok..nice big room, food ok good sevice 7 I got a good price.

as usual the bus!!....for Roissy hotels it's the BUS !! Holiday in france so fewer buses...but CDG busy as ever. Had to take hotel bus Eu 25 nearly missed flight...real problem was girl at the desk does not know ,does not take an interest in getting clients to airport...which is main purpose of Roissy hotels. due?? poor management. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot

Hotel lacked ambience and the restaurant ws very poor in terms of service and quality of food. Gave the impression that it ws micro-waved food. Waited 45 minutes for my meal to be served.

Proximity to airport. Very friendly staff.

Expensive microwave meals that were presented as gourmet. @$30 for a tiny quiche, fruity cup and some tasteless entree.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Menu in restaurant was limited but very good. Room felt a bit like a spacious dorm room but was clean and comfortable. Nice proximity to the airport and train station. Very nice kitchen area, tea area very pleasant and well stocked. Excellent value for the price.

Limited hot water. Could not open windows to let in fresh air

The suite was spacious and clean--two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a common area with a kitchen.

The lobby and common areas were painted black, which was dark and creepy, and the furniture was weird and cheap. The breakfast "buffet," for which we paid considerably extra, was pathetic and disappointing--not at all worth the money.

Staff was helpful.Close to airport.

No air conditioning. Windows sealed. Window shades didn't work and were in very bad condition. No restaurants nearby had to eat at the bar some really bad food.

The size of the room was good, the bathrooms were clean and neat. Comfy beds.

Front desk employee at check in was not very friendly. Room was very hot could not get it to cool off, asked desk they said how to set thermostat - no help.

Its a good budget hotel for family

Shuttle service too packed as it includes so many other hotel customers.

The rooms were very spacious. We travelled 2 adults and 3 kids and a baby. There was two seperate bedrooms with double beds plus a sofa in the living room which was made into a double bed. From CDG airport it was 10 minutes by TGV to Disneyland and 20 minutes by buss to park Astrix (from terminal 1/3). The breakfast was nice but quite expensive (15€) per person.

There was a shuttle from cdg Airport approx every 20 minutes. It said on booking.com that it ran until 00.30 but it only runs until 23.30. And it was extremely full. We took it several times and every time is was packed! (It is the same buss for many hotels). There was no equipment in the kitchen, but we found out when we left that you can ask for it in the reception. There is no supermarkets around in the area.

Rudest reception guy in the world! Young guy was so rude and unwelcoming. No help at all. Entry at foyer stunk like cigarettes, lucky our room didn't! Pillows were small and crappy next time I'd pay more for Hilton or Sheraton

Quietness of the room

The fitness center is an absolute joke. They have 1 old bike that was broken, and an elliptical trainer that was broken also. They shouldn't be allowed to say that they have a fitness center

Room vs Cost

Invoise issue in the morning.

The price. Value for money. The suite layout and the kitchenette.

No iron and ironing board. The sitting room blinds did not close all the way. I arrived on a Sunday evening and nothing to eat or drink except pizza. The location.

Hard to shower and not get water all over the floor. Pillows were too small. Could have used more extra pillows.

Regular courtesy bus to CDG. Huge bath. Cooking facilities in the suite.

Wi-Fi was a little difficult to connect to. Cost of a small beer, E3.10 !

I stayed at this hotel because I thought it would be convenient my last night in Europe before heading home. Having a suite my last night sounded like a treat. It wasn'T.

I won't stay in this hotel again and I will try to avoid this company's properties in the future. The restaurant was closed. The hot water literally took 10 minutes to "warm up" on Sunday but Monday morning it was scorching hot in 15 seconds. The non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room trying to kick the habit. Trying to work all the various electrical switches was frustrating; the WiFi connection was weak and seemed to only work with Chrome. The front desk staff tried to be helpful but the surly attitude encouraged me to stop asking questions.

Location close to the airport

Furniture was old. No one informed us of the change in DST despite asking at the reception !!!

the lobby entrance was dreary and the lobby very small. it was very chilly near the door while waiting for the bus to arrive.
