Best Western Opéra Batignolles    

Facilities were new and in pretty good condition. Lighting was terrible, a/c difficult to adjust, clean. Room in general very small and difficult for two people to maneuver. Staff and assistance were great and always helpful in a surprisingly central and convenient location.

The bed is comfortable and breakfast is rich but there were no vegetables.

We liked the modern look

Horrible view of train tracks in a not so comforting area of paris. Terrible tacky decor in the lobby. Looks cheap. Not worth the price. Took fifteen minutes for front desk to locate a bottle opener and would not even deliver it to my room!!!

The service was good and the location was good cz it's only 4 stops in the metro to the center

The metro station is a bit far from the hotel

It was really quiet, even though the hotel was right next to the train station, which also made it convinient when going downtown.

A bit pricey, but isn't everything in Paris?

Initially we went in to room which carpet was wet and no cold water and water was extreme hot me and my wife burnt our hand trying to figure out if we dont know how to use taps . Apparently after buri g both of us hands we thought give reception a call and figure it out a lady came tried but it was t fixed . She asked if we can stay like that over night and she will this situation fixed tomorrow. Later on I explained the situation that I need the shower and their np way we can survive.after some they called. Back and changed our room. We have to move the whole luggage again repacking . Any way bit tyrn offf situation.

Very affordable hotel, spacious rooms, and breakfast included in room price. 10-15 minutes walk to 3 metro stations, hard to get lost, 3 supermarkets in 5 minutes walk with huge selection of wines and cheeses :-) And a small shop right next door if you'd like some wine while relaxing in a bath. By the way, very nice bath! Extended our stay for one day and they gave us the very same price as on the booking.com, luckily there was vacancy. Neighbourhood looks very safe. And very friendly personnel, particularly Cedric, who checked us in and out!

May be a view to railroad, but regarding the view - we could see Sacré- Coeur in the distance. The trains are really silent, until I saw one on the 3rd day, I thought it's abandoned. So, it's not such a big deal, we did not spend our vacation looking from a hotel window.

Very friendly and helpfull stuff. Nice destrict with many resonably priced places to eat and pretty close to everything.

As for us, the hotel needs "fresh" repair.

- Lovely little stylish hotel! - Good size bedrooms and soundproof walls. - Very clean and well decorated. - Super comfortable beds. - Located within close proximity to Moulin Rouge (15min walk) and Sacre Couer (25min walk) - both only a few stops on the metro from Rome station which was located 8min from the hotel. - Only about 25min on the metro train to get to the city centre. - Hotel located within Zone 1 - Staff friendly and helpful (organised a free cot bed for my 9month old nephew and even given him a little plush toy as farewell gift) - Excellent value of money

I have no complaints about this hotel! The whole stay was superb!

The room was spacious and quiet. In the area behind the hotel you can find a lot of restaurants, shops... even if the "rue de rome" is not very pleasant. The underground is only 500 meters away (you have to walk down the rue de rome until the avenue de batignolles).

Airport drop-off is cheap (36eur for 2) and efficient.

- Bad location (not close metro: Brochant station is a bit far and has only 1 metro line (the 13) and Pont Cardinet train station is not part of rer network. - Bed was broken. It was fixed but we were told that it may break again. i would have prefered another room given to us. - Tiny room - Poor bathroom supplies

Nice clean hotel. The room had reasonable storage space, was clean and well kept. I was facing the main road but the doulble glazing served well for sound insulation. The bathroom spacious and clean.

Too far from the centre. To get to the Arc the Triomphe is a good 15 minutes bus trip, or you may walk the 3km of rue the Rome to reach Boulevard Haussman.

Everything was quite good, but when we arrived back home we've founf that some of our belongings (new cosmetics) are missing. It's quite evident that these were stolen by hotel staff (room cleanup).

rooms are small as well. towels were not very clean. breakfast was very small and limited selection , third and fourth days it was more limited and some items omited from list.

Easy parking in the street. Room was very good in size, in comparison to average Paris hotel standards

Room size and bed size is very good. Location of hotel is near the centre of Paris.

Car parking is away from hotel, cost €15.- per night. Resturant is very small and breakfast is very light.

The rooms were very well decorated and comfortable. The safe and air conditioning were great bonuses. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful when I needed help. The area is very nice, quiet yet vibrant especially during the stay. The various small shops around the corner were very useful for getting food, drink etc. There are a couple of metro stations only a 5 minute walk away. Overall, a very nice hotel, I would happily stay there again.

I got a rash from the bed sheets I think, not really a major issue, just a small annoyance. I presume I had an allergic reaction to the detergents they use to wash the sheets, so this probably won't be applicable to most other people.

Quiet neighborhood, good location, next to a train station and fairly close to a metro station. Last but not least, a kind and helpful staff.

Phone did not work, although there is pay phone next to the hotel

The hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful. The location was dreadful we needed a taxi home every night coz it was so far away from all main attractions.
