One of the sweetest hotel we were in. The hotel is very clean & modern, the room is just perfect for a couple. It is situated near an underground, on a small European street. I strongly recommend this hotel to end any vacation. I loved everything about it. Nothing, I wish I would of spend more time in the 9 Hotel |

Excellant Service, Very Clean Room, Good Location. Our room was facing the road, thus very noisy. Room was smaller than the usual rooms as we had the corner room. |

stylish, welcoming staff, good location and clean I could hear the person in the next room talking on their phone so woke up at 6:30am. I could also hear people in the corridor. The traffic was really noisy outside the hotel. |

low price the walls are too thin, you hear your neighbours all the time. The rooms are way too small, even for Paris. |

Nice clean modern hotel in good location. It was comfortable and breakfast was good. I think it's ideal for short stays of a couple of nights. There was no wardrobe in the room I had, rather a clothes rail attached to the wall and some small "cubes' with draws - fine for me but could imagine not ideal if you have lots of stuff. Sink in bathroom bit small. |

Good staff, very good location, very clean & good brackfast. We payed with cash, but money was reserved on my acount even when we came back from Paris. |

Close to the main train station (Gare Nord) and close to a metro stop (Poissonniere) but in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast was included in the rate and was excellent. Best cafe au lait ever. Wireless internet in room and computer to use in the lobby. Staff was excellent and speak both French and English. Helpful map of city given at check-in. Rooms were clean and stylish and comfortable. Has both A/C and heat. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would stay here again. Would have loved a paper cup to be able to take a cup of coffee to go in the morning. |

Very friendly staff, willing to help whenever possible. Clean room, stylish although very small, at least the one I stayed in. The size of the room is unfortunately small and the lack a bar in the room. this makes the stay more difficult. |

although the room is small, it's clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is excellent, less than 5 mins to metro station. The breskfast is good. |

The reception staff was especially lovely. Location was great. The rooms are small, but this is Paris so to be expected. The hotel has done an excellent job of optimizing the small space for comfort. |

Trendy design, clean rooms, pretty convenient location. Tiny room, you can hardly pass each other on your way to the toilet. Climate control is actually a simple airco, streaming cold air until you freeze. I think i caught cold there. |

The hotel was excellent, the decor was classy, the breakfast was good. The rooms were extremely comfortable and quiet, with great air con, but the one thing that stood out for us was the excellent staff, who could not do enough for us - especially Jocelyn and Virginie, who are both an absolute credit to this hotel. |
