Very modern hotel, friendly staff, great restaurants close by.

The room was really clean and comfortable with an excellent bath and shower. The staff were helpful and friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Nice breakfast too!

There could have been a bit more storage in the rooms, and the food/drink add ons are very expensive!

Location was ideal for exploring Paris, hotel is really clean, staff are helpful and friendly and rooms are decent size.

Really noisy outside from very early in the morning. But in fairness I live in such a quiet location that there is a chance I am not used to it.

Very near to the metro. And surrounded by eateries . Nice place . Easy going. Rooms were clean with contemporary design. Wifi available throughout the whole building.

No late check out extension

Location, less than 10 Euro Taxi from Gare de Nord, 5 mins walk to nearest Metro, plenty of cafes/bars in walking distance.

No tea/coffee making in room as advertised. No bar as advertised (glass cabinet in reception with drinks in it). Lots of street noise, thin walls, could hear music from adjacent rooms.

The staff let us check in early and were very accomadating. Very helpful with questions we had. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. Great location!

The room was quiet small. Couldnt make tea or coffee in the room and had to pay for it in the lobby. No perks.

Hotel was well maintained and decorated. Location was excellent and there were plenty nice restaurants nearby. Staff were always friendly and courteous

Nothing we didn't like

Jay! He was so knowledgeable and friendly! The hotel was clean and I liked the design. The breakfast was really good although a bit too spendy.

The terrible chicken sandwich from room service! It was like 19 euros and was stale and tasted very off. I think some of the staff was being trained so the help we needed was lacking for most of the time that Jay was not there. Also, Wifi was not working in room 301.

Friendly service, beautiful, clean room.

I loved the decore and particularly the ingenious tiny bathrooms.

Room facing the backyard rather dark, but quiet

Staff members very professional!!! Lovely people except for one staff member who is slightly ubprupt. To stay posotive because I really like your hotel, I will attribute this to english not being his first language :-)

The room we were given this time was disappointing. Very small, mismatched furniture and no closet, instead just a rail. Not the type of room I would have expected from your establishment. Not the best experience thsi time

A bit off center, small bathroom

- modern and clean room - breakfast room can seat enough people - good breakfast with egg/bacon and bread/muesli/yogurt - Fltascreen tv with lot of channels (English/Spanish/German and off course French...no Dutch)

- one person room is rather small but aren't they all in Paris...

Lovely modern hotel. Small room but quite comfortable, clean and modern. Easy walk to the metro and Garde du Noord station. Staff friendly and very helpful. Would stay again.

If you want a clean,well decorated, reasonably priced hotel near the centre of Paris then this was exactly that. Not luxurious but not luxurious prices.

Check in was a bit slow,, when you only have two days you don't want to be sitting around in the reception waiting for your key.

The hotel is close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, so convenient in that way, although the neighbourhood is not so scenic. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The room was on the small side, bathroom too, but clean. No nice view of Paris from the room.

The hotel is very clean and very modern. The rooms are well equipped (we had slippers and coffee/tea in the room though the hotel is only 3 stars, very good!) and clean and warm. I'd recommend staying there. Good value for money.

The rooms are very small. We had a club room - and even it was a tiny one. My friends also thought that the location is not very central, but I found it convenient as we arrived by Eurostar and Gare du Nord train station is literally 5-7 min walking from the hotel. The Opera house is 12 min walking, Louvre - 20 min.

Contempory design. Friendly staff. Good prices. Great location to the station. Hugo restaurant next door.

The design & location were lovely.

The lift broke but that was a minor annoyance.
