L'agevole posizione rispetto al centro città. La temperatura nella zona adibita alle colazioni (non riscaldata), gli spazi molto ristretti, la mancanza del frigo bar in camera. |

It was a modern artistic hotel. Especally the roby was great in the 9Hotel. Refrigerator and breakfast menu. |

I'd booked 3 superiour rooms and arrived to be told we had 1 superiour and 2 standard rooms. We had children with us so the rooms were incredibly cramped. I had confirmation time and time again on phone and email that we had the the larger rooms only to arrive to be told they had been booked. It was utterly deceitful. I was in regular contact with the hotel and they should have informed us. |

Staff were very friendly and ready to help with advice etc. Excellent buffet for breakfast. Very good heating to dry wet towels. One day the room had not been cleaned when we returned at 4 pm - we had been out all day since 10.30. Also, because of the very modern decor, the room had hard floor surface, and there was no plug in the hand-basin - risk to my contact lenses!. A "safety bar" would have been helpful also as both of us are over 70. Last, for a hotel of this calibre I would have hoped for clean towels every day |

nice, cleanly designed and simple room, v good lighting and nice bathroom. Cot for our baby was new and was in room, as requested. Good breakfast. Comfortable lobby - where I could read while baby was put to bed. Room quite small, once the cot was in place - but most hotel rooms in Paris seem on the small side. As I was bathing the baby, there was a horrible, grubby smell from the side of the bath - I wondered whether they'd used a really dirty cloth to do the cleaning..? |
