Comfortable bed in room, quiet room(206) overlooking central courtyard and proximity of hotel to grandes magasins Breakfast arrangements rather poor. Dark black dimly lit contemporary design of room and corridors very interesting but completely useless when arriving in evening and trying to discover how to operate bathroom fittings and light switches etc. |

The room was luxurious as the hotel has just been re-furbished and the staff were really helpful - eager to organise anything you needed. The location excellent (train station, metro, shops etc) really within walking distance of many sights. |

We loved staying at the hotel, great staff nice rooms good location. One thing that has nothing to do with the hotel but there are no good restaurants in walking distance from the hotel |

The hotel was chiqeu, rooms were unusually spacious for Paris and staff very helpful. Wifi was at no additional cost. Prices of the mini bar and breakfast. |

unique in its decor, great location fro sightseeing and shopping and staff were very helpful and freindly we were in room 101 and we could hear the lift during the night. Corridors too dark |

The overall design,ambiance and staff Unavailability of hot food available from room service. All the options were always cold eg. salads and sandwiches.I would recommend the normal rooms but I think the executive rooms do not offer any value for money there did not seem to be any "extra" facilities considering it is classed as a 4 star hotel. |

The location was around the corner from the St. Lazare train/subway staion. The hotel decor was strange. The hall leading to our room was not lite very well with black rugs and black furry walls. It was somewhat difficult to navigate to the room. The room was small for a four star hotel. I found the mixture of rhinestones on walls, and embedded in the furniture, the lizard textured wall paper, and the strickly odd female nude drape on the window rather garish. KSG |

Our overall experience in Opera was superior. The hotel design and quality of room were excellent. It was very close to a major metro station. The staff were all helpful (with one exception only). Because of medical emergency, they helped me identify the nearest dentist and give me full directions to the dentist's clinic. The main negative thing is the lack of a curtin in the shower which causes water to go into the bathroom. |

I liked the interior, location and privacy. Everybody was very kind and the fact that breakfast was't included in reservationprice gave a great possibility to enjoy le petit déjeuner in a different patissérie or salon du thé every morning. |

Opera Diamond was a trip unto it's self. From the moment I checked in, I felt as if I were the only one staying there. Climentina, and Phillippe were the true stars of this hotel. Almost everything was perfect when they where taking care of it. Even thougth the room was new and clean. Housekeeping was a little lax. |

I was really impressed with the staff.. the hotel manager Sebastien and thereceptionist Clementine... they went beyond their way to make sure I was satistied... I already recmmended the hotel to three people more choices for mini bar |

the spacious room and great shower/bath. staff were correct and friendly design is a bit lacking in taste , not as great as on pictures and the details were definitely up for improvement >> do not use common Best Western items/papers/ documents etc if you wish to position this to be a design hotel |

In principle everything, But the shower was owsom, well done. The hotel is new. The staff is very helpfull and friendly and service minded. The a/c in blowing in the face when sleeping maybe you could correct this or redirect the flow of air. |

It has a very good location, very close to Gare Saint Lazare. It is very comfortable, very well designed, close to amenities.. I would go there again. They should have sleepers in the room. |

The way the hotel was decorated..that everything was brand new...that the beds were very confortable.. the shower had no door ....that if you used the pc in the lobby it was 8 euros for 30 minutes |
