The rooms are very clean and modern Some rooms face a a street with heavy traffic, however after one night we got a new room facing the quiet backyard. There are now coffee / tee facilities in the room.

Location Paris hotels are overpriced for what they are and what they provide compared to other parts of the world. We are from Australia and this would be a 2 to 3 star . The rooms are so small, Paris Hotels are making it depressing and will turn tourists away. The Hotel and Paris does not cater for families. Paris is such a loving place but the price of accomodation has made it unafforable to visit.

Conveniently located near a metro stop with helpful staff who assisted us with directions, taxis and travel adapters! The room was very clean and spacious and even though it was overlooking the streets of Paris when the windows were closed there was no outside noise. Overall very impressed and would recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in the 8th arrondissement. Breakfast is expensive at 23e per person. The bathroom was very roomy and attractive however there was no way to stop the water from the shower going all over the bathroom floor! You just have to give up and mop up afterwards although this doesn't detract from my overall good opinion of the hotel.

Room is fairly large and modern. Close to shopping. Comode is separate from main bath, but doesn't have a wash basin, you have to walk thru room to wash hands. Most of the staff acts very haughty. Is not worth price considering area

Staff were really helpful, friendly and kind. Decor a little strange(!), but the fittings and solidity of the place were excellent, and the room was relatively large for the price, considering the location near Bvd. Haussman. / St. Lazare station. Bizarrely, there was a blackout affecting the whole block in which the hotel was situated, so the staff gave us candles and helped us pack for the relocation room they had arranged. It was a nightmare as we were exhausted from sightseeing, but they made it as painless as possible. They didn't have courtesy tea and coffee in room. The relocation room was nowhere near the same standard as the original room. That said, they refused payment for the entire stay, as compensation, which I felt did compensate for the trouble we had, even though it wasn't their fault (although they should have had a back up generator, tbh, for a 4-star hotel.) Another thing was that the maids didn't wait for a response when knocking on the door to check the mini bar, or seeing if they could make up the room, so they got an eyeful of the wife starkers, no that she cared!

The hotel staff were really helpful. Especially Rebecca; she has made our stay quite comfortable. She was very warm and helpful. The theme of the hotel was nice but the furniture was a bit cheap. For a four star hotel I didn't expect that there wouldn't be a bellboy to carry our luggage. The shower had no door so the bathroom was a mess whenever we showered.

Location, the hotel was clean, classy, and great atmosphere. the buffet breakfast was overpriced for what was on offer to people that stayed, it put our group of 4 off from staying at the hotel for the breakfast. the shower was a little frustrating, the water went into bath room when used, had to use half the towels on the floor, the room was classy and looked great but not that functional.

Great location, very close to financial district, which was good for me. Very chic - rooms were very well appointed. Problems with air con meant that the room was a little warm during the night.

Its a nice design hotel, close to Printemps, Monoprox, no noise, Atmosphere is very relaxing as there are only 30 rooms. The hotel takes money from the credit card 2 times. They block the amount first and then they take money the second time and dont unblock the initial amount for 3 weeks. Its very embarrasing.

The design is hideous as a sex hotel. The curtain, the fake diamonds, glittering wall and floor are all very disturbing. Staffs are cold and unwilling to help you much. This is my worst stay in Paris ever. Go somewhere else in stead of booking this one if you visit Paris.

The staff there is very nice and helpful. The location is quite convenient for shopping. And the hotel is just located between a small grocery and an italian fast-food shop. And there are a few bus destination stops near the hotel, which may take you to most tourist sites in Paris. It is easy and confortable to live there. The room is very small; the smell is not very good; the location is convinient but not very safe as it is extremely close to a railway station

Very comfortable and well kept hotel with it's own unusual and quirky style. superb location and a very quiet room as we were overlooking the courtyard. Lovely and warm despite a period of very cold weather. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff with prompt and efficient service. We would thoroughly recommend it and would certainly stay there again.

Friendly and very helpful staff, very convenient location, quiet, good internet connection, nice decoration. Lovely bathroom. Surprisingly big bedroom for Paris. Breakfast is very expensive, not really worth it, but lots of cafes around.
