Hotelul in sine este foarte frumos, camerele sunt spatioase, exact asa cum apar in pozele oficiale, totul este foarte curat, patul si pernele sunt foarte comfortabile, baia foarte moderna si frumoasa, aparatura de ultima generatie. Personalul, desi redus ca numar, este foarte primitor si saritor, te face sa te simti ca acasa. Curticica interoara iti ofera liniste intr-o zona extrem de aglomerata. singurul lucru care consider ca are nevoie de imbunatatiri este numarul angajatilor. Nu inteleg cum un hotel de 4 stele (asa este dat pe site-ul dumneavoastra dar si in ghidul Best Western) are 1 singur angajat/tura la receptie, care este si concierge. Bagajele si le cara clientii in si din camera sau eventual o menajera. In afara de asta, totul este perfect. Nota 9 din 10! |

The bed was very comfortable even though the double bed was two single matrices merged together covered by sheets for double bed. The design of the hotel was modern and nice which made our stay very comfortable and the location was very good as well. Very clean rooms and we would definetely book the same hotel in the future. The water was coming out of the shower so maybe an additional floor towel could be provided as well in the bathroom. |

The staff was superb and attentive. This was one of the most comfortable stays that we have ever encountered. The bedding was extremely comfortable and clean. The bathroom was designed to be extremely efficient. The lighting and design of the breakfast and reservation area were enjoyed every morning and evening. The breakfast is fresh, supple and can carry you through lunch, highly reccommended! Overall, we found this hotel a home run. The location was great! A short trip by taxi to the river or a casual walk to the same area is easily accomplished. I would give this hotel a 10. I felt lucky to find this hotel for our first trip to Paris. Also, the lighting in the floors and ceilings reflect the beautiful marble walls and floors. The lighting in the hallways are a little on the dim side. |

I very much enjoyed the comfort of the room. Also, it was extremely clean. The shower cabin should have a curtain or a door to protect the other bath room part from water. |

Location was great,close to the famous department stores,very friendly staff,brand new hotel.The room was very clean. Breakfast was too expensive and rather poor for 23,00 euros per person;thee was no choice of a la carte breakfast. |

Comfortable bed in room, quiet room(206) overlooking central courtyard and proximity of hotel to grandes magasins Breakfast arrangements rather poor. Dark black dimly lit contemporary design of room and corridors very interesting but completely useless when arriving in evening and trying to discover how to operate bathroom fittings and light switches etc. |

The room was luxurious as the hotel has just been re-furbished and the staff were really helpful - eager to organise anything you needed. The location excellent (train station, metro, shops etc) really within walking distance of many sights. |

The hotel was chiqeu, rooms were unusually spacious for Paris and staff very helpful. Wifi was at no additional cost. Prices of the mini bar and breakfast. |

The overall design,ambiance and staff Unavailability of hot food available from room service. All the options were always cold eg. salads and sandwiches.I would recommend the normal rooms but I think the executive rooms do not offer any value for money there did not seem to be any "extra" facilities considering it is classed as a 4 star hotel. |

The location was around the corner from the St. Lazare train/subway staion. The hotel decor was strange. The hall leading to our room was not lite very well with black rugs and black furry walls. It was somewhat difficult to navigate to the room. The room was small for a four star hotel. I found the mixture of rhinestones on walls, and embedded in the furniture, the lizard textured wall paper, and the strickly odd female nude drape on the window rather garish. KSG |

Our overall experience in Opera was superior. The hotel design and quality of room were excellent. It was very close to a major metro station. The staff were all helpful (with one exception only). Because of medical emergency, they helped me identify the nearest dentist and give me full directions to the dentist's clinic. The main negative thing is the lack of a curtin in the shower which causes water to go into the bathroom. |

I liked the interior, location and privacy. Everybody was very kind and the fact that breakfast was't included in reservationprice gave a great possibility to enjoy le petit déjeuner in a different patissérie or salon du thé every morning. |

Opera Diamond was a trip unto it's self. From the moment I checked in, I felt as if I were the only one staying there. Climentina, and Phillippe were the true stars of this hotel. Almost everything was perfect when they where taking care of it. Even thougth the room was new and clean. Housekeeping was a little lax. |
