The staff of the Opera Franklin were very accommodating and helpful. The property is located conveniently close to the Cadet metro station and the rooms facing the interior courtyard are extremely quiet. The lack of a kettle in the room was a disappointment. |

prints of Napoleon on arrival the elevator did not work, no help was offered for transport of heavy luggage upstairs, breakfast could be improved for the actual price |

Location, premises, staff. Also it was available, when not much else was. Could hear the people in the room next door. Internet access very expensive. Bathroom OK, but tiny. |

Location was convenient next to 2 metro stops. Lots of restaurants and shops right next to it. There was a double booking in our other room. Street and other noices were quite loud. Taxi service did not work when we left. |

I think, it is necessary to make repair, to change design and to reduce the prices. On rue Buffault there are three more hotels more cheaply and more nicely. This hotel should be chosen because free hotels around Opera were not. |

El trato de la recepcionista morena ,con gafas,(no sabemos su nombre),que se desvivió para explicarnos cuanto le preguntábamos,traduciéndolo a nuestro idioma y dándonos y escribiendo todo tipo de información todos los días. Además el Hotel tiene muy buena ubicación . El Hotel se encuentra muy bien comunicado mediante todo tipo de transporte. Lo único es que nuestra habitación (no se las demás) no estaba insonorizada,y nos tocó en la habitación de al lado una familia de españoles con hijo, con la TV encendida ,y que cuando hablaban se les entendía absolutamente todo. |

オペラへの接続がいいため、移動に便利。メトロのcadetの駅にも近い。3人部屋だったのですが、一人は- 簡易ベッドとはいえ、なかなか広い部屋でした。 シャワーのゴムパッキンが壊れていたため、シャワーをあびるたびに床まで水浸しになってしまいました。ポッ- トや冷蔵庫があると書いていたけれど、ありませんでした。そのほかは、問題ありませんでした。 |

Die Atmosphäre war entspannt, wir konnten uns in Ruhe auf unsere Sightseeing-Touren vorbereiten. Das richtige Hotel für den allerersten Aufenthalt in Paris. Es gab keinerlei Anlass zu Beanstandungen |

ホテルのスタッフは全員英語が使えるのでフランス語が苦手な方でも安心です。パリ北駅・オペラ座まで地下鉄- で２駅の立地で（歩いても行けます）便利がよいです。付近にもビストロがたくさんあり安価で楽しめます。７- 号線cadetの駅まで２分ほどですのでどこに出かけるにもとても便利です。 |

Hotel très bien placé, très bon accueil; en payant pour une chambre single et en plein Paris, je m'attendais à un "placard" et non, j'ai eu une chambre grande et belle. Prix equivalent à Ibis, mais confort nettement meilleur. Très satisfaite. J'y retournerai. |

le stanze dell'hotel "per fumatori", ci sono interi piani dedicati ad essi, erano intrise di odore di sigaretta...a tal punto da non essere gradite neanche da un "fumatore" |

Cadet Metro istasyonuna çok yakın yürüyerek 3 dakkika bu yüzden merkezi denebilir, temizlik iyi Kahvaltı fiyatı çok yüksek otelde hiç kahvaltı etmedik, fiyatı düşürmeleri gerek, non-smoking rezervasyon yapmıştım ancak smoking katından oda verildi bu da dikkat edilmesi gereken bir durum, ayrıca oda soğuktu, klima düzgün çalışmıyordu |
