Great location, walking distance from Gare Du Nord, in red light area which in my view is a positive, can walk to Eiffel tower, close to tube (Pigalle) Staff were great very helpful, rooms were really comfy, very stylish, nice little bar in hotel. Spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed hotel and will return. |

The hotel was clean and the staff were generally nice. Not much wrong with the room, everything is what you'd expect from a mid range hotel that lacks some services. The location is on the street with many strip joints. Although this isn't exactly a negative for me, as it provides a different perspective on their parisian life, it might be for others not comfortable with that. Cannot leave the window open at night either due to loudness of some of the bar owners below. But has airconditioning which is useful, however there was no remote so I had to turn it on from the manual controls and could not adjust temperature. Also no one told me the coffee is not complimentary in your room and I did not read any notice that told me so. |

Nothing. We arrived and found out that the air con's remote control was missing and unable to turn on the air con. We informed the reception and were told that nothing can be done about it. So we had to sleep without the air con. on. We informed the reception the next morning what had occurred saying that we were unsatisfied and would like to leave the hotel expecting that we would be given some compensation on the first night and not being charged the second night but the reception wouldn't allow us. We were forced to be charged two full nights plus without any compensation about the air con problem. It was the worst hotel experience ever plus the staff were rude and we don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. |

- Location: close to everything, but in the middle of the 'red light street' of Paris, so as a woman, you don't feel very good walking back to the hotel at night . Also, very small rooms, with hardly any place to walk. And the cleaners made so much noise in the morning with their cars and chatting together that I always woke up much earlier than planned for. |

Lovely room, lovely hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Our room was on the front of the hotel and it was very noisey all night. Situated on the edge of the red light district so don't visit if that would bother you. |

Good location, nicely decorated room. Stayed in an executive room, but would properly not recommended staying in anything less. …the pink scented toilet paper is a bit camp |

the room is new and comes with a mini fridge and an expresso machine the hotel is located on a street full of bars, strip club, and sex shops. a little scary when you come back at night. doesn't make me feel comfortable knowing this hotel probbaly was a motel for the drunk people to have sex with hookers. there was also a very sexually inappropriate picture in the room. this hote is not recommended for family. |

Bed was comfortable, decor was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Air conditioning worked well (which seems to be a rarity in Paris). I asked three times for them to replace light bulb in bathroom and it was never done so I had a dark bathroom. |

The hotel location, although in the sex district, was conveniently located enabling easy access to the tourist sites of Paris and shopping at the large department stores. The hotel had been recently renovated therefore the room and hotel faciltiies were very clean. |

One of the front office staff, Vanessa Lopes, provided fabulous customer service and made my stay wonderful. She helped me to change rooms to one with a more spacious floor plan. She was attentive and always helpful wiht whatever service issue I needed assistance with. One of the front office staff, a man whom I did not get his name, was an absolute rude bore, a stereotypical French (Parisian) service staff who has absolutely no idea what "customer service" means. If he has such a lack of interest in providing service to his customers he should be offerred the door and take a job in another industry. |

The hotel was fine and great value the hotel's website is less than candid about its precise location. The hotel is close to L'Opera in the same way that anywhere in Paris is close to Eiffel Tower. Everey guest we met was surprised to be staying opposite Club Mucha (flesh on display) and next to Rabbit Private Shop. |
