The staff was great.
1. Very thin walls, we could hear even the talkings of other guests. And we wanted to have a romantic week-end, it was impossible because of it. 2. The pictures of rooms were not the truth in reality. Superior room's photos were the photos of Classic Double room, it was definitely unfair. 3. The wi-fi was totally slow and unuseful.
we are a honeymoon couple..when i do the booking i'm request to have upper floor room with bath tub and the staff do promise to give us a room...once we reach...staff are very nicely greeting us happy marriage while i also forget(hahha)room was booking on 2 month ago.Afterdat,he told us there is a surprise for us which is our have been upgrade from classic double to superior..it really make our day happy...beside of that..room was very clean and also the location was very good..jz 3min walk to pigallet metro station..everythg is nearby, supermarket, restaurant ...it was a very pleasant stay...
Jz abit noisy ....
Perfect location, lovely clean and comfortable room, great breakfast and good touch witb the free wifi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money, would definitely stay again.
Nice, clean hotel with good free WiFi reception in the room and lobby.
Clean Air conditioned felt safe
Noise from the street at night
Breakfast, personal in reception
Location opposite of sex shops, the bed was to soft. You heard a lot of sound from the corridor even if the rooms were supposed to be soundproofed.
Room smelled of smoke and you could hear everything from other hotel guests.
good location, close to metro coffee facilities design elements airco and heating work well nice room
street noise saturday evening
Location, friendly and helpful staff, pleasant breakfast, very comfortable bed and nice size room. Helpful suggestions for travel around Paris.
surprised that having paid for an upgrade where one of the benefits was a nespresso machine, only two pods of coffee were left and no milk. Carpet could do with being cleaned or replaced and a non smoking room with cigarette butts in the plant pots on windows was odd!
-The hotel is not appropriate at all for families as the street and the whole neighborhood is full of striptease clubs and sex shops - the booking browser showed that the hotel is in opera district which is totally untrue
Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! The location was perfect as it wasn't in the busiest of areas but still had plenty of restaurants and shops very close by. A short walk got you into the busier area where one of the stops for the open top bus was. The hotel was clean, modern and staff were helpful & friendly. We also had breakfast here each morning and was a great selection for only €14! We would definitely stay at the Opera Frochot when we return to Paris!
According to its location, price is very good. Bad is very comfortable. Staffs were very helpful.
Room was very small, it was not same as the photos in booking. Safe did not work in the room. Hair dryer did not work, but then they fixed it.
Location is not recommend for families with child's
The shower cabin was very narrow
Clean. Comfortable bed. Great area.
The wifi doesn't work in rooms at the back.
The location. The welcoming & helpful staff.
No mini bar or fridge in room. No English channels on TV.
No room service
Nice staff, very clean room, quiet night in spite of the noisy Pigalle area. Many restaurants and subway station close to the Hotel.
Prices are a bit high, especially for breakfast, but not too high if compared to other Hotels in Paris, less comfortable and clean.
Everything excellent except poir wi-fi
Location between center and Montmartre Windows were sound proof if closed
Noise from club as they spilt out on the street No natural ventilation which meant you had to open window and also let in noise
I stayed in the superior room and it's comfortable for a couple. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to subways, coffees and nightlife.
Unfortunately the internet WiFi was very bad in my room. In the reception the internet was ok, but when I tried to turn on in my room the speed was 0.8 Mb/s. The 3G was faster than it.
The staff at Opera Frochot went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. 5 star people
near metro station, the room is big and comfortable
Really excellent location and staff are very helpful if you ask for something but help is not exactly pro-offered so don't be shy about asking! Very clean and comfortable beds.
Quite small rooms for the price you pay and in a rather noisy area.
Staff were magnificent in everything Especially a girl called vincea she is more than perfect in helping the guests
