Fantastic location close to La Madeleine. Recently renovated with modern bathroom fixtures. Unfortunately, a lamp by the table in front of the bed was already hanging out of the wall. This shows poor workmanship and weak maintenance. |

Great location for food and shopping (expensive shopping) in Paris. Also central to get to Paris attractions, if you enjoy walking. The room was small, but functional and charming. The bathrrom was great. Towel warmer worked well for drying small laundry items. Breakfast was included in our internet rate, and very good. Required a cable to get Internet; Wi-Fi did not work. Parking was very expensive at a nearby parking garage. |

First of all cleaness. The room was perfectly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast very appropriate. Only one small thing: the shower in room 001 has no protection for the water, so, almost all the bathroom´s floor is full of water. |

Staff were pleasant and helpful The hotel was tiny. For the price we paid the rooms were very small and basic. Breakfast was only fair. |

The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff excellent. Location excellent. Breakfast good. For a Four Star Hotel I was surprised that there was such a small Lobby, no Lounge or Bar. The Breakfast room (behind curtains in the small Reception area!) was only big enough for half the guests staying. |

The room was good size and quiet, although on the street side, so we could get relaxed. The staff was very helpful. The normal situation with any hotel located in center Paris; expensive, quite simple breakfast. |

Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. As new visitors to the city they provided help above and beyond what was required in terms of helping with site seeing, dinner reservations, transport and general info on the city. Rooms are very small but extremely comfortable and ultra modern. I would recommend this hotel to any young couple. Rooms are very small. |

Charming hotel in excellent location. Quiet street but just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of the L'Opera area, the grand magasins and the Madeleine Metro. The reception (Martin) was particularly friendly and cordial. Thank you Martin for your warm hospitality. Breakfast was basic but generous and the coffee excellent. We loved this hotel! |

Very nice staff on the reception On my booking I ask a room on the hight floor on the back side of the hotel, they gave me 1 room at 1 floor looking to the street. Room too small no more than 15 smq. Nice bath room. Overall confortable. Too expencies breakfast and minibar that they do not feel up when used. |

Friendly and enthuastic staff overpriced with very dark halls and landings, hotel is more modest than either the price or the number of stars would justify |

The staff is very nice, very helpful Avoid the room on the basement, room number 001, people having their breakfasts at 7.00 in the morning will wake you up and you won't be able to open your curtains, otherwise people on the street will see you. |

I liked the atmosphere and location. I think the room was quite small compared to the price, breakfast was too basic. |
