THe location of the hotel is fantastic, especially if you like gourmet food and all the great food shops in the Place Madeleine. (Check out Fauchon, Heidard)

The room seemed smaller than expected, even for European standards. But no major problems.

The location was great, the staff were very helpful. We were visiting from Canada and they were able to answer all our questions. Would definitely recommend it to others who are planning a Paris vacation

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious. Bed was very comfortable.

No concierge service available so the staff were unable to arrange any excursions for us.

Location was great there were some very nice restaurants and shopping nearby plus Madelaine Church

Breakfast was too expensive @ 19€ a person. Walked to Starbucks or Small Cafe's for Breakfast. DO NOT EAT OR DRINK AT CAFE MADALEINE IT IS A RIPOFF - nothing to do with the hotel, but they rope you in as you walk by.

Very Comfortable! some nights were very good value others a bit more steep. Proximity to good restaurants, Concorde, notre dame, seine ... Was brilliant to discover the town.

Slow Internet connection, different users and passwords for different devices, not sound insulated, low light inside my room.

Ideal location very near Madeleine so central for all attractions. Some excellent restaurants within 200 metres of hotel Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable best described as cosy.

Typical of Paris hotels the room was tiny as was bathroom. Shower was very powerful but with only a small screen if you turned it on past a dribble the bathroom floor was swimming in water. They had not made the best of the small space they had so very little space to put clothes and spent the weekend falling over case. Useful bedside cabinets would have been nice.. The promised coffee maker and kettle in room just was not there also no bathrobes. Coffee was available at a reasonable cost from reception and staff would bring to room. I would suggest like most of the similar hotels in Paris its worth paying extra for the next room category above the standard one.

Our room was good, well appointed, clean with Nespresso machine. Excellent position for shops, resturants and sights.

Service at breakfast, was slow, coffee consistantly weak. Cooked food inedible. not sure the bread was fresh on Sunday. Lacked comfortable chair in room.

Opera Marigny's location was second to none...anyone visiting the Champs Elysee district should consider this hotel.

The room was ALOT smaller than advertised and almost too small for comfort. The room's small dimensions made the room stuffy...there was no A/C. But, it worked as a place to "crash" between sightseeing.

The hotel is nice. Location is great. Staff is polite and professional.

However, the hotel is by no means a 4-Star hotel and the price is outrageous for the quality one gets. In the same street there are far better hotels at lower prices (hotels that are not offered on the Booking.com site). The rooms are small. In a "Superior" room of $375 per night there isn't even a closet, just a bunch of outside hangers. Yes, there is a coffee machine in the room., But each cup costs you $1.50.

Terrific location near the Place de Madelein only minutes from the nearest metro station. Easy walking to all the main sites of Paris (and the shopping!). The room was small but comfortable
