The location was great. Close to many places that i preferred to visit and hang out at. The bathroom in the suite room was disgusting. The actual bathroom with bath and sink was a seperate one and you had to walk all the way to the other bath to even wash your hands.... I would never get the suite again if i ever stay back at this hotel.

The hotel is nicely decorated and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and not too small (for Paris standards). The choice of the breakfast buffet is not great. There is not a lot of healthy fresh food to chose from

Perfect staff and very nice location. Newly renovated rooms and lift to the floors. About 4 minutes to the Madeleine and 8 minutes to the Champs- Élysées on foot. Approx. 500 m to the Metro. Good value for the money! Clean and big bathroom with many shower-products. Small Hotel. Still good service but non restaurant at the Hotel. Anyway there is several restaurants in the area.Parking the car in the area is difficult.

the staff was extremely helpful, patient and considerate. The hotel was located in the opera district and I think, one of the most beautiful districts for food, shopping and sightseeing. It was Paris!! The hotel was very clean and modern - just what you would expect in Paris....thanks Michael and Elena!!! Green slippers

Nothing to like in this hotel honestly speaking I surprise when I sow the hotel never thought its an hotel very small inters I was even afraid to stay with my family in the hotel the website never clear out as much bout the hotel even the photos not that clear. The price very expensive comparing with the 4 or even 5 star hotel its shows in the website 4stars but the truth it is 1 star is to much for this hotel. The location not much close still far last year I had been in Paris I got hotel 4star through another website it shows really how clear for you this time very bad choice. My advice to every one you should search more before you decide take more time many website telling more true and showing more clear I don't know whom is the responsible bout the information giving is it the website or the hotel management.

We were sleaping in this hotel and we were verry satisfied by the personelworking on day shift. In the evening for check in we had to wait about 20 minutes to get in with the help of a other gently client because the guardian was drunk and verry unwelcome and unpolite.He offended us and treated us as "the stupid turists witch came to see Paris"

The location is excellent. Service levels leave a lot to be desired. Short staffed. Messages not delivered. Soaps shampoos inadequate in room had to consistently request more.Two days before waste baskets emptied. On the other hand beds were clean and comfortable and air-conditioning was working. Perfect location, excellent rooms ( a bit small but no smaller than other hotels in centre of Paris), helpful staff. Did not try the breakfast although it was offered at a very reasonable €10 per person. I recommend this hotel highly and will stay there again. Amazing value at the price.

Not much other than the hotel was man'ed 24 hours a day. Everything was very small. There was nothing "Classic" about the room or hotel. The bed was facing the door which is bad luck. It was not worth the money we paid and we left early because of the bad conditions. I had to fight to get them to not charge us for the complete stay.

The overall design of the hotel was excellent, very modern, similar to a W Hotel format...but on a micro scale. The entire hotel was renovated 2-yrs ago, so everything is clean and new. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a superior double room on the 5th floor facing Avenue de l'Arcade. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet (the shutters / windows worked very well in virtually eliminating any street noise when closed during the night). The staff were all very helpful and friendly, particularly Maxim who was on duty most of the weekend during our stay. We have nothing negative to say about the hotel.
