We were sleaping in this hotel and we were verry satisfied by the personelworking on day shift. In the evening for check in we had to wait about 20 minutes to get in with the help of a other gently client because the guardian was drunk and verry unwelcome and unpolite.He offended us and treated us as "the stupid turists witch came to see Paris"

Not much other than the hotel was man'ed 24 hours a day. Everything was very small. There was nothing "Classic" about the room or hotel. The bed was facing the door which is bad luck. It was not worth the money we paid and we left early because of the bad conditions. I had to fight to get them to not charge us for the complete stay.

Perfect staff and very nice location. Newly renovated rooms and lift to the floors. About 4 minutes to the Madeleine and 8 minutes to the Champs- Élysées on foot. Approx. 500 m to the Metro. Good value for the money! Clean and big bathroom with many shower-products. Small Hotel. Still good service but non restaurant at the Hotel. Anyway there is several restaurants in the area.Parking the car in the area is difficult.

Hotel and rooms are well decorated with nice and neat modern style. The location is perfect for Paris city exploration. Walking distance from Gare Saint-Lazare, Place de la Concorde, Louvre and musée d'Orsay, shopping "grands magasins" on boulevard Haussman, Opéra, Madeleine, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The breakfast is just regular.

the staff was extremely helpful, patient and considerate. The hotel was located in the opera district and I think, one of the most beautiful districts for food, shopping and sightseeing. It was Paris!! The hotel was very clean and modern - just what you would expect in Paris....thanks Michael and Elena!!! Green slippers

Nothing to like in this hotel honestly speaking I surprise when I sow the hotel never thought its an hotel very small inters I was even afraid to stay with my family in the hotel the website never clear out as much bout the hotel even the photos not that clear. The price very expensive comparing with the 4 or even 5 star hotel its shows in the website 4stars but the truth it is 1 star is to much for this hotel. The location not much close still far last year I had been in Paris I got hotel 4star through another website it shows really how clear for you this time very bad choice. My advice to every one you should search more before you decide take more time many website telling more true and showing more clear I don't know whom is the responsible bout the information giving is it the website or the hotel management.

Perfect location, close to subway but also walking distance to f.i. La Fayette. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. We overslept for the check-out and where not charged for this (very friendly). Breakfast is (especially for France) good. Big surprise: In the middle of Paris a hotel room with a real bathroom!! (not a 1x1mtr closet).

The location is excellent. Service levels leave a lot to be desired. Short staffed. Messages not delivered. Soaps shampoos inadequate in room had to consistently request more.Two days before waste baskets emptied. On the other hand beds were clean and comfortable and air-conditioning was working. Good restaurant recommendations by staff. Loved the location for walking, shopping and museums. The night clerk told us that he would call a private car for 55 euros. Instead we got a taxi with a long-running meter (11 euros by the time we got in). It was even more expensive than the taxi we took into the city when it took almost an hour of stop and go traffic. I think that they should not do this. (Our taxi driver told us that these private cars were illegal. If so, then stop this practice.) Apart from a drunken diplomat knocking on doors and screaming at 4am, this was the only negative part of the stay.)

Lobby and rooms nicely decorated, Wifi working well.Iron and irroming tabel provided whe requested The gym is a tiny room in the basement, its access is blocked by trolley full of linen and the cross-trainer is not connected.TV In room is small. No slippers or robe provided. Limited storage space
