We had great room, staff was very helpful ,especially Nathan.

Room facing the street was a little bit noisy in the nights, so I couldn't sleep with open windows as I used to do.

Location. Good to sleep and to get out in middle of city. Other alternatives in the neighborhood might be cheaper.

It is not a 4 star hotel. Looks more a 2/3 star one. Rooms are old but clean. Bathroom look very old. Hot water changes to cold, then to hot, then to cold. Breakfast is very limited, E.G. only one type of bread. If you look in google street you'll see they added a star in the hotel entrance.

Small bathrooms but we did not expect more space in the centre of Paris and were quite happy!

The front desk staff were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! Also, fabulous location for metro, walking, restaurants and shops.

I paid Eu290/- per night through booking.com and stayed in the most pathetic hotel rooms with the most horrendous looking bed sheets, we had a room for 4 and thoughty that it will be a big room though there wasn't even any place to walk around. The toilets had all the piping showing and the worst part that the wc was in another small room and totally seperated from the shower. I was booked for 5 nights but decided to leave early after 2 nights. Luckily I got a great hotel just 2 streets away Mercure-Accor hotel which I booked on spot by walking in. This was Eu 160/- per night all inclusive and with breakfast - it was such a relief to be in the hotel with quality washrooms, showers, nice decor bedrooms and decent breakfast. More than the hotel I am turned off from booking.com as we paid so much and got absolutely nothing back in value. It was very inconvenient to pack up after 2 days again with 2 children and shift hotels. Booking.com I really expected better from you!!!!!

Was ill when I arrived. The hotel staff organised for a doctor to visit. We were very impressed with the caring, friendly manner in which we were treated by the reception staff. Will be recommending your hotel to all our friends. Well done.

Very close to metro station and downtown. Large bathroom. Good breakfast.

WiFi doesn't work with many different devices all over hotel and works only near Reception. Stuff comes into the room without knock at the door.

The staff were very friendly, they also gave us a really big room which was great. The location is superb, only 15 min from Gare du Nord. Basic breakfast but that was fine by me.

Fabulous location within walking distance of Gare du Nord station. Can walk to most city tourist attractions and surrounded by lovely restaurants.

i would not say that the rooms were not sound proof, we could not shut the window completely, the telly should have been mounted on the wall, you should have tea/coffee in the rooms
