Venlig concierge, imødekommende overfor ønsker som at tjekke ud lidt senere, vejledende. Rengøring helt i top, rent både på værelse og i lobby. Ingen kaffemaskine på værelserne |

Excellent staff, very friendly. Just renovated hotel, in good shape, beautiful room very well located in the shopping area just around the corner Room is, as anywhere in Paris, very small. No space for two pieces of luggage. Bed was small and mattress was hard. |

Well situated within easy walking distance of a number of attractions and located on a street with a good choice of cafes. The comfort room we were given - accessed via an outdoor passageway within the building - was a good size, extremely quiet and spotlessly clean. We would definetly choose to stay here again on our next visit to Paris. |

New renovated probably so I enjoyed the clean interior. My room was ocupied by a mouce when I arriuved but fortunately it found its way out. |

The hotel was right in the centre of the shopping area and very central to many of the main sights. It is very clean and newly decorated. There were 11 of us travelling together and the staff were very accommodative to our needs. Some of the rooms were a little small but for a hotel with this great location in Paris this is expected. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but there is plenty of coffee shops on its doorstep. |

Excellent location. Right in the heart of Paris shopping centers. Near to four metro stations. Many nice and reasonably priced restaurants around the hotel. Clean room. Nice staff. Only a little bit expensive... |

Very helpful friendly staff. Decor excellent. Bright and clean. Very central for sight seeing, dining and shopping. The room was a little small-not much room for a suitcase. |

Excellent location - it is just at the back of lafayette. Going there by Roissybus at the airport, it is just a 5 minutes walk from the stop (Opera). We can choose the metro lines at Lafayette station or Opera station every day when going out for shopping or sightseeing. We stayed there for 2 separate periods, one of the room is smaller. The smaller room has a shower from which the water leak from the edge of the door, the whole floor of the bathroom was wet after shower. The other room is better as it has a bath. |

The location is close to central meeting places, the hotel is clean and easy to access through public transport. The staff lacked training: the guy who checked me in did not know how to operate the reservation system, did not know how to use the machine to serve a beer and forgot to enter my wake-up call in the system. At breakfast time, some of the stuff was missing as they claim one of their staff members was "no show". I would thus say that the hotel is good, clean and well located, but that efforts should be made about the staff selection and training. |

Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, and shuttle to airport was very convienient. Located very close to the Opera and lots of restaurants. |

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is very good, the room is clean and comfortable. Location is the key point here, the hotel is just few steps from Opera and you can even go walking to Louvre and other sights. There is not Minibar on the room and the hotel could at least offer a bottle of water, but you can still buy it just calling the reception. Elevator is very small, but ok for a couple. |

Cleanliness, and the excellent service provided by monsier Lucien and his staff. Also the close proximity to shopping, subways, taxis and airport Roissy-bus. The inability of breakfast staff to understand our needs. We asked for a la carte coffee as we did not want a full breakfast. We were charged full breakfast price for one cup of coffee. But reception staff was very kind to amend the bill. |
