Su ubicación al centro de la ciudad y la comodidad ofrecida. Era muy acogedor y cómodo. El desayuno era demasiado caro. |

Al estar ubicado en una calle con poco transito pero muy cercana a la Opera y grandes almacenes,resulta muy recomendable por su relacion precio calidad y ubicacion Al ser pequeño, su ascensor tambien lo es, y para acceder nuestra habitacion era necesario abrir r dos puertas previas, que cuando trasladas maletas dificulta la movilidad. |

Teniendo en cuenta la calidad de los hoteles que hay en el centro de Paris, este es un auténtico lujo. La habitación es pequeña pero esta prácticamente nuevo, y decorado con gusto, por lo tanto la estancia se hace agradable. Al menos la habitación 106 era pequeña e interior, sin embargo, la cama era grande y muy confortable. El baño tambien muy bien. Para ir a conocer la ciudad unos días está perfecto y muy bien ubicado. Un poco la recepcionista y lo pequeña que era la habitación aunque por lo demás compensaba. |

Su limpieza y ubicación. La atención del personal es correcta, y para ser Paris tiene un precio aceptable. La unica pega es que no se podia ver el canal internacional de TVE, y despues de haber pedido que lo arreglasen no lo hicieron. |

Excellent staff, very friendly. Just renovated hotel, in good shape, beautiful room very well located in the shopping area just around the corner Room is, as anywhere in Paris, very small. No space for two pieces of luggage. Bed was small and mattress was hard. |

The hotel was right in the centre of the shopping area and very central to many of the main sights. It is very clean and newly decorated. There were 11 of us travelling together and the staff were very accommodative to our needs. Some of the rooms were a little small but for a hotel with this great location in Paris this is expected. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but there is plenty of coffee shops on its doorstep. |

Excellent location. Right in the heart of Paris shopping centers. Near to four metro stations. Many nice and reasonably priced restaurants around the hotel. Clean room. Nice staff. Only a little bit expensive... |

Excellent location - it is just at the back of lafayette. Going there by Roissybus at the airport, it is just a 5 minutes walk from the stop (Opera). We can choose the metro lines at Lafayette station or Opera station every day when going out for shopping or sightseeing. We stayed there for 2 separate periods, one of the room is smaller. The smaller room has a shower from which the water leak from the edge of the door, the whole floor of the bathroom was wet after shower. The other room is better as it has a bath. |

The location is close to central meeting places, the hotel is clean and easy to access through public transport. The staff lacked training: the guy who checked me in did not know how to operate the reservation system, did not know how to use the machine to serve a beer and forgot to enter my wake-up call in the system. At breakfast time, some of the stuff was missing as they claim one of their staff members was "no show". I would thus say that the hotel is good, clean and well located, but that efforts should be made about the staff selection and training. |
