Location is very good

The Hotel really costs its price. It is good located (about 15 minutes walk to Opera and 25 minutes to Louvre). It is close to the metro station and also to the RER station AUBER, which goes directly to the Disney Land and La Vallee Village, for example. We had a really good room (#45), which was very quite, clean and comfortable. All the staff is very responsive and ready to help on any issue. They also speak English quite well. Breakfast was ok too. Not very much choice, but for the three stars hotel, I think, it was pretty good: eggs, toasts, bakery, ham, cheese, yogurts, some fruits, coffee, tea. In a whole, we liked the stay very much and definitely recommend this hotel.

The kettle with the bags of coffe, tè and chocolate, and the conditioner in the room, the hair dryer in the bath.

There was no conditioner in the bath.

Hotel is based in the very import city centrum. It was for me best advantage. You can walk to every where.

Breakfeast is not enough good. It should be more better.

The staff is very friendly (Mustafa & Ahmed & Others), the service of transporting to the airport is very good

We found a very kind and helpful staff, ready to reply at each request of information. The room, although was small for two persons, was clean and ordered. The hotel's position is very convenient for visit the city: there are two close metro stations, and you can reach the Operà de Paris, Place de la Concorde and the neighborhoods of Pigalle/Montmartre in 20 minutes by feet. Near the Hotel there are a lot of shops, like tobacconist, bakeries, cafè, bistrot and bar/brasserie. We definitely reccomend this hotel for your holidays in Paris. Sicuramente abbiamo trovato molta disponibilità e una buona accoglienza da parte dello staff. La camera, seppure un po' piccola per due persone, l'abbiamo trovata pulita e ordinata (lenzuola pulite ogni mattina). La posizione è molto comoda per visitare la città: due metro vicine, a piedi si raggiunge facilmente da una parte l'Operà di Parigi e Place de la Concorde, e dall'altra i quartieri di Pigalle e Montmartre (20 minuti a piedi). E' una zona ben servita anche come negozi, tabacchi, epicerie, boulangerie (baguette buonissime :)) e caffè per la prima colazione (croissant consigliatissimi), bistrot e bar/brasserie.

The elevator and the stairs are both very close and small. The room's size is a little small for two persons, but anyway comfortable. The breakfast is too expensive (12 euros for person). L'ascensore e le scale sono entrambi un po' stretti, e, come dicevo prima, le dimensioni della camera che in due persone e con qualche valigia in più diventa un po' meno comoda, ma comunque confortevole. Il prezzo troppo alto della colazione (12 euro a testa), che noi non abbiamo fatto, spendendo molto meno nei cafè vicini.

The staff were excellent - really friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, good size for Paris and clean.

The passage, lift & room are too small

The reception staff is helpful and friendly, they can speak perfect English and provide us accurate information on how to get to tourist attractions. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to Gare Saint Lazare metro station, very convenient. Room is clean and the size is reasonable. Coffee and Tea making facility is a bonus as many European hotels do not provide this. Great to have free Wi-Fi access.

Lift is small, only fits a person and 2 medium sized luggages. Spiral steps could be challenging for older people.
