レセプションスタッフが親切で感じがよかった。応対も機敏。オペラ座や地下鉄の駅にも近く、買い物にも至便- な距離。空港からバスでオペラ座まで出られるので、夕方着の場合は便利だと思う。 |

サンラザール駅に近く、メトロにも、また主要な観光地にも近くとても便利でした。部屋は道路側でなく、とて- も静かでした。ただパリ特有ですが、部屋全体が狭かったです。でも快適に過ごせました。第一日曜にもあたり- 、美術館は無料でマイナーなところも十分鑑賞でき、有意義な２日間でした。 |

サン・ラザール駅のすぐ近くなので、そこから電車に乗り出かけるにはとても便利。オペラ座も徒歩圏内。エア- ポートバスサービスは少し高い気もしたが、ホテルの目の前でピックアップ→CDGの出発ターミナルまで40- 分程度で連れて行ってくれました。 便利さと引き換えに、通りに面した部屋だと車の音がかなりうるさいので、騒音が気になる人はお勧めしません- （私は気にならないので、全然問題ではありませんでした）。エレベータが1基しかなく、且つ使用中だと他の- 階で呼んでも反応しません。 |

スタッフはにこやかで親切だった。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれて、身軽な状態で市内観光できた。- 片言の日本語だが、スタッフの一人が日本人とわかると日本語を使って出迎えてくれた。 エレベーターや部屋前の廊下は確かに狭い。暗いのが気になった。（エレベーターを降りたところ） |

朝食付きでこの料金はとても良かったです。大きな駅が近いし、部屋がびっくりするくらい狭かったけど、清潔- でいろいろ揃っていたので、満足です。スタッフの方も、みんな親切でした。 シャワーの排水が悪かったです。 |

- Close to the St Lazare Station and places in a good communicated area. - Very kind staff who solve my problems quickly - Good free wifi access - The room and specially the elevator, is very small. However, that is the Paris standard. - The single and double room rate is the same what does not make sense |

The hotel is near to the metro line and large shopping mall. Small hotel with all the thing you need. I have a room with a very small toilet and bathing area. Not much program to watch on the TV because I dont understand french. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay there very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent location with easy access to the metro and bus making it easy to move around the city. Close proximity to the shopping area as well. We had the same thing for breakfast everyday! |

I stayed in the hotel with my 11 year old daughter. It was very very near to everywhere in the city. No need to use the metro or the bus. But if you need them, Gare St- Lazare is just at the corner. You can walk to Opera in 5 minutes for the airport bus. The receptionists were really kind and fun, and very very helpfull. Cleaning of the room was perfect. Big windows were perfect for fresh air. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and will go back again for sure! |
