スタッフはにこやかで親切だった。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれて、身軽な状態で市内観光できた。片言の日本語だが、スタッフの一人が日本人とわかると日本語を使って出迎えてくれた。 エレベーターや部屋前の廊下は確かに狭い。暗いのが気になった。（エレベーターを降りたところ） |

レセプションの方がとても気さくで親切。部屋も清潔でコンパクトだが設備がそろっている。インターネットが自由にできるのがうれしい。おすすめです。 |

朝食付きでこの料金はとても良かったです。大きな駅が近いし、部屋がびっくりするくらい狭かったけど、清潔でいろいろ揃っていたので、満足です。スタッフの方も、みんな親切でした。 シャワーの排水が悪かったです。 |

部屋が狭い、廊下の声が響く、エレベーターが狭すぎ、但し受付の対応は良かったと思う 追加の毛布をリクエストしたが提供してもらえなかった |

朝食がなくてもすぐ前にパン屋さんがあるのでそちらで食べるのもおすすめです。あと駅は近いのですが、階段が」おおいので荷物が多い人にはたいへんかも？？？ホテルのお部屋は思っていたよりもよくてとくに石鹸がよかった。 インターネットが使えるPCが１台でもあるといいと思います。（有料でもいいので。。。） |

フロントの方がとても感じ良かったです。バスルームのお湯もたくさん出て満足でした。駅に近いのも良かったです。パリでこの値段なら十分だと思います。 |

Good location; good service at reception; friendly atmosphere. Shuttle bus to the airport -- is not convenient at all, the driver was very rude and the journey to the airport was awful -- and not as cheap comparing to taxi.The elevator is too small.. |

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally pleasant and gracious. I felt as if I were staying with friends. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. We had a few requests and each one was actioned immediately. I will definately stay at the Opera Deauville next time I go to Paris! The elevator was VERY small, but that is the norm with many smaller European hotels. |

The staff was really friendly and helpful, room was nice and clean and the hotel is in the location. Lift was small which we found quite amusing as we never seen such small lifts |

1) The gentleman at the reception desk, very nice and helpful person. 2) Location very close to Saint Lazare station. 3) Availability of free wireless internet access in all rooms. I was expecting more from the breakfast after reading the commentaries in the website. It is not bad, but could be better. |

I got a twin room for 65EUR per night, a very reasonable price in Paris. Room was clean with a shower and bathtub, minibar and instant tea/coffee. Very convenient location next to St Lazare station. As the air conditioner was broken, the room was a bit hot at night. Elevator small but manageable. |
