The staff is really helpful. They helped me to pay the taxi when I had no changes and advise me to book the shuttle bus to the airport rather than taking a taxi (that saved a lot!) (His name is Mons). the room is clean but very small. Location is not so convenient but it's still a walkable distance to the metro and Lafayett. |

The receptionists are all very polite , kind and helpful. the location of the hotel is also very convenient if you wish to take the metro or just walk for some sightseeing. Our room facing the street, where too much noise if the window is opened.The bath room is bigger compared with others where I used to stay but the only thing regreted is there is no where the water on the ground could go and sometimes the water wetted the carpet in room and not very good smell. |

- Close to the St Lazare Station and places in a good communicated area. - Very kind staff who solve my problems quickly - Good free wifi access - The room and specially the elevator, is very small. However, that is the Paris standard. - The single and double room rate is the same what does not make sense |

The hotel is near to the metro line and large shopping mall. Small hotel with all the thing you need. I have a room with a very small toilet and bathing area. Not much program to watch on the TV because I dont understand french. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay there very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent location with easy access to the metro and bus making it easy to move around the city. Close proximity to the shopping area as well. We had the same thing for breakfast everyday! |

I stayed in the hotel with my 11 year old daughter. It was very very near to everywhere in the city. No need to use the metro or the bus. But if you need them, Gare St- Lazare is just at the corner. You can walk to Opera in 5 minutes for the airport bus. The receptionists were really kind and fun, and very very helpfull. Cleaning of the room was perfect. Big windows were perfect for fresh air. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and will go back again for sure! |

Good location; good service at reception; friendly atmosphere. Shuttle bus to the airport -- is not convenient at all, the driver was very rude and the journey to the airport was awful -- and not as cheap comparing to taxi.The elevator is too small.. |

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally pleasant and gracious. I felt as if I were staying with friends. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. We had a few requests and each one was actioned immediately. I will definately stay at the Opera Deauville next time I go to Paris! The elevator was VERY small, but that is the norm with many smaller European hotels. |
