Located on the banks of the Loire, within walking distance of the city centre, this hotel makes an ideal base for exploring the town. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was perfectly acceptable and the rooms were quiet and spacious. The rooms are quite expensive unless you book in advance and breakfast, parking and internet access are available only if you are prepared to pay a hefty supplement. |

The rooms are very large and comfortable, if you want to visit Orleans I would definately recommend this hotel as it is near the centre but also near the river paths with secure parking. We booked this hotel for visiting the northern Loire Valley chateaux but found on looking back that Blois would have been better situated for this. |

The hotel is well positioned for the centre of Orleans. Reception staff welcoming and efficient. We were a bit disappointed at the poor service of the "Quick breakfast"in the foyer. We waited rather a long time and then the waitress forgot our fruit juice. |

Good view from room over the River, excellent sound insulation on the windows ensuring the room whilst overlooking a busy road and bridge, very quiet. Good parking facilities. |

J'ai aimé sa situation géographique par rapport à l'endroit où je devais me rendre pour mon travail. Le chauffage/climatisation beaucoup trop bruyant même à vitesse réduite. Le prix de petit déjeuner. Le wifi payant alors qu'il est gratuit dans beaucoup d'hôtels moins chers. |

kamer was ruim en de 2 tweepersoons bedden comfortabel en stevig, ontbijt uitstekend met veel keus. airco gaf geruis, raam (mocht eigenlijk niet open) gaf voldoende frisse lucht. |

Buitengewoon attente medewerkers bij de receptie. We kregen zelfs in het kader van een Mercure promotie een korting op de aangeboden prijs van Booking.com. Dat hadden ze natuurlijk niet hoeven doen, maar het scheelde wel mooi € 60 voor twee kamers. Raar was dan weer wel dat die korting niet automatisch gegeven werd aan onze medereizigers. Maar na een "klacht" kregen ook zij spontaan de korting. |
