Far from Paris -- long ways to reach Paris for tourism. People in Orly airport and bus/metro information booth very unfriendly and unhelpful -- we wasted a lot of time.

The location was perfect, easy to get to and clean

The location is in the middle of nowhere, transportation to downtown is horrible, we couldn't even get a taxi from the closest metro station to the hotel.

the train/RER station is a bit far

Very close to Orly airport and shuttle bus pick up was very useful. Had a very fast trasfer to Orly Airport for my early flight. I did not have to wake up 2 hours before !! Staff was very helpful, and the room was well insulated against noise.

Good room - large and comfortable bed. Good bath and showers.

A typical chain member providing conveniently placed accommodation for overnighters, comfortable rooms at expectedly high prices. The shuttle service is free but runs only every 45 minutes. For a hotel which must attract many English-speaking clients the lack of TV channels such as Sky, BBC 24 (not BBC World) or CNN was surprising. Bathroom/toilet arrangements 'unusual'. Because of the hassle with the shuttle bus to Orly airport then the wait for the bus to CDG airport and getting to the required terminal there, we decided to take a taxi. Although the cost (€62) was around double the convenience when travelling with heavy suitcases was well worth it.

As always, beds are great in Novotel.

Room was too warm, and no possibilities to change that. Wifi was terrible

Travelled up through France on way home from holiday and needed a stop over.

It had a shuttle to and from the airport that was efficient. Their food was good but a little pricey. They were clean and the rooms and facilities were very nice. I thought the price was very good for the quality of the hotel.

far from the city if you do not have a car. Even with a car, it can be far especially during rush hour.

Toilet is seperate from bathroom in a very small space. So we had barely managed to go in and close the door. And the door opening direction is towards inside the toilet. So it becomes really impossible to open the door from outside and it is not safe incase there is a problem with somebody inside the room. The only way is to break the door to go in if there is an emergency.

Prive parkeerplaats was goed en gelijk naast de snelweg , makkelijk met de bus naar centrum.

Wc was te klein het is net een ferrie boot.

La habitación esta limpia y cómoda, tienen un servicio de shuttle hacia el aeropuerto muy bueno, si vas a hacer escala en París y no te interesa conocer nada esta bien.

Esta lejísimos de todo, los taxis cobran más caro por llegar ahí y el transporte público en la zona es el tren, que además de ser lento es inseguro. El escusado olía a baño de avión, horrible y chiquito. Tuve un problema con mi reservación y no me ayudaron en nada, me salió al doble de caro.

Boa arquitectura do Hotel, atendimento do pessoal, a limpeza é boa, wc confortável, quarto boa área e com isolamento acústico muito bom, piscina convidativa para dar um mergulho, sofá cama boa opção para quem tem filhos, faz nos sentir em casa. Excelente área de laser a entrada do hotel, transporte para o aeroporto boa ideia. No geral está excelente...

A banheira do wc podia ser um pouco maior, para individual está boa, mas para casal já complica um pouco, preços das bebidas deveriam ser mais baixos, assim os clientes teriam consumido mais; Pequeno almoço é importante variar... Numa escala de 1 a 10 dou 9.

Las camas, sumamente comodas y estupenda la opción de elección de almohada

Es dificil llegar desde el aeropuerto fuera de las horas de la navette gratuita (nosotros aterrizamos mas tarde de las 11 de la noche y no llegamos a tiempo de cogerla) y el taxi, aunque hay poca distancia es muy caro y dificil para llegar.
