The location was good, about 10 km from Obernai, an important touristic center in the region.People at the reception desk were helpful and kind. Beakfast could have been more extensive. Food could be better. There is much noise from the cariillon at the tower next to the hotel. After ten a clock people the hotel is already closing and you do not have the possibility of consuming anything.

The rooms were comfortable & clean. It was very nice having two interconnecting rooms for our family. The windows didn't open very much, and the air conditioning was not working.

Nous avons passé un agréable weekend en amoureux, tout était parfait! Convivialité, confort des chambres et disponibilité du personnel...une mention spéciale également pour la cuisine ! Nous reviendrons pour la période des marchés de Noël.

La clareté lors de la remise de la note d'hôtel. Le côté "restaurant" ne correspond pas à la classification 3 étoiles de l'établissement. Service en salle pas du tout à la hauteur de ce que l'on pourrait attendre. Commentaires pas très appropriés de certains serveurs en salle. Prix des repas trop élevés par rapport à ce qui est proposé. D'autre part une réception de mariage était organisée le samedi soir au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel avec animation musicale. Cela n'était pas des plus agréable et nous a empêchés de dormir une bonne partie de la nuit, notre chambre se trouvant juste au-dessus de la salle de réception du mariage (regrettable pour un 3 étoiles).

Jongeman zat s'middags televisie te kijken in de lounge, heeft wel netjes gevraagd of dit goed was. Om op zo'n moment met een gezelschap rustig te praten valt dan niet mee. Deurknop van toilet kamer 208 zit los en mioet worden vastgezet.

We hebben hier overnacht op doorreis naar Zwitserland met onze baby van 3 maanden. We hadden voor dit hotel gekozen vanwege de prijs icm de aanwezigheid van een restaurant.Het is ons prima bevallen, zo was het babybedje al klaargezet en opgedekt, behulpzaam personeel, goed ontbijt en een prima restaurant!
