The location was good, about 10 km from Obernai, an important touristic center in the region.People at the reception desk were helpful and kind. Beakfast could have been more extensive. Food could be better. There is much noise from the cariillon at the tower next to the hotel. After ten a clock people the hotel is already closing and you do not have the possibility of consuming anything.

The rooms were comfortable & clean. It was very nice having two interconnecting rooms for our family. The windows didn't open very much, and the air conditioning was not working.

Service-Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Essen war gut. Das Haus ist ziemlich trist und dunkel und riecht ein wenig. Schade, sehr schade, dass das Einzelzimmer das selbe kostet wie das Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer ist nicht gleich groß und fast ein wenig mickrig.

Buffet petit déjeuner varié et literie très confortable Personnel de la réception très froid. Plaque en multiplex du lavabo décollée et impossible de couper la pomme de douche qui coule en même temps que le robinet de la baignoire

Jongeman zat s'middags televisie te kijken in de lounge, heeft wel netjes gevraagd of dit goed was. Om op zo'n moment met een gezelschap rustig te praten valt dan niet mee. Deurknop van toilet kamer 208 zit los en mioet worden vastgezet.

“The staff were wonderful, especially Carole, at the front desk who was amazing. We had booked a room for 4 (husband, wife and our two kids) and we got this neat loft/suite, with a small living room downstairs with a double bed under the stairs, a small terrace,, and a huge room upstairs with a king and single beds, flat screen tv, and skylights. It was gorgeous. The hotel is off the beaten path but a lovely 15 minute walk along a stream to the village of Obernai which was one of our favorite places on our trip.” Alice, Sudbury |
