Bonne réception à l'arrivée - Aimable, affable et courtois Restaurant de l'hôtel " l'imprévu " absolument gastronomique, paisible avec un service également aimable, affable et courtois. visite du 21:22 avril 2012 Dommage pas de chaines cryptées ( sportives ou autres ), c'est vrai on s'endort plus rapidement avec la TNT ! Néanmoins Lacanau Océan est une ville sportive et il serait utile d'avoir aussi des chaines sportives.

La situation devant l'océan.. La chambre très petite avec une vue mer " restreinte" car en fait elle donne sur une terrasse qui donne sur la mer... Terrasse non privative , mais utilisée par les fumeurs...

Ce que nous avons préféré dans cet établissement,son parking privé, c'est sa situation (en bordure de plage), sa terrasse (terrasse aménagée à laquelle tous les clients ont accès) d'où l'on peut admirer le magnifique spectacle de coucher et lever de soleil tout en sirotant un bon petit verre), et le design des chambres (pour notre part c'était une chambre -la moins cher- avec vue sur mer). Le temps estival de cette journée du 2 octobre 2011 étant exceptionnel pour cette période et malgré la climatisation, il est plus qu'agréable de s'endormir la fenêtre ouverte avec le son des vagues qui s'échouent sur la plage. L'autre point positif c'est le restaurant 'L'imprévu" de l'hôtel, pour son rapport qualité prix et l'accueil de son personnel. Le point faible de l'hôtel : attention aux supplements. Vous devez quitter l'hôtel à 11h pour tout dépassement entre 11h et midi, 10€ vous seront facturés, Bagagerie 3€, et parking. Le petit déjeuner un peu onéreux par rapport à la prestation. Ce petit déjeuner est servi à l'hôtel et non au restaurant cité ci dessus (ça n'a rien a voir).

Zimmer waren in Ordnung,nicht gerade auf dem neuesten Stand. Zimmer mit Balkon und Meersicht in Ordnung.Parkplätze gratis und standen während unseres Aufenthaltes immer genügend zur Verfügung. Restaurant bot eine gute Karte, auch abwechslungsreiche 3 - Gangmenu's an und wurde abends sehr rege besucht.Réception und Personal sehr freundlich und hilfreich.Das Hotel verfügt über zwei Sterne, welche gegenüber anderen Hotels absolut gerecht sind. Wenn ich den Preis inkl. Halbpension ansehe, dann hat dies für uns absolut gestummen. Für einen Aufenthalt für mehr als drei Nächte wäre mir das Hotel dann doch etwas zu wenig komfortabel. Somit meine Empfehlung mit Ja, aber nur für Kurzaufenthalte

Freundlicher Empfang, angenehme Mitarbeiter. Sehr gute Lage zum Strand. Kostenlose Garage im Keller. Gutes Restaurant. Lt. Booking Com war keine Vorauszahlung zu leisten. Unterkunftstkosten wurden vom Hotel jedoch zunächst in voller Höhe über die Kreditkarte im Voraus berechnet. Nach Reklamation wurde die erste Nacht als Anzahlung berechnet. Das Zimmer wurde meist erst am Nachmittag gemacht. Ein Duschvorhang in der Badewanne wäre angenehm.

Propre. L'hotel fait un peu vieux à l'extérieur mais les chambres (ou en tout cas la mienne) a été refaite. Confortable et calme. On peut entendre le bruit des vagues la nuit car la plage est a 20 mètres. Parking gratuit. Petit déjeunez correct mais sans plus. Pourquoi n'avoir pas fermé plus la douche ?? Le pare-douche ne fait que la moitié du bac à douche... On transforme alors vite la salle de bain en baignoire !
