Damaged my car getting into their car park - which is underground down a very narrow street. Did not have safe in room. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms

The staff was very helpful and very accommodating. They all spoke English. There was free wifi and if you didn't have a computer, there was one in the lounge for guests to use, They also had a printer available. The rooms were quite small but they had a lounge where you could hang out and coffee, tea and crackers were available almost 24 hours a day. The hotel is walking distance to Montmartre and surrounded by numerous cafes, bistros, banks and supermarkets. There were even a couple of laundromats in the area.

Good location, Monmartre is one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Paris...close to metro and bus station, clean, great breakfast with variety of choices, free wifi access, friendly staff...they were happy to help and give us directions and suggestions every day! Definitely recommend it, great value for money!!

Breakfast was nice, fresh and good coffee you cann't get always! It was amazing to get freshly squeezed orange juice! And breakfast lady was nice and friendly. There was good restaurant near hotel with french style food. :) I asked for extra blanket what I got, so staff was friendly, right? :)

The location is great just a 5 minute walk to the Metro. The immediate area is a little run down but has lots of bars/restaurants. It could be a but scary at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful but beware they don't all speak English.

The room is very small. there is only just enough room to open the shower door. It would be great for 1 person but is a bit cramped for 2. You need to be very comfortable with the person you share with :-)

Very comfy bed, a lot of shops around, easy access to city centre and montmarte.

if u will go from hotel to gare du nord by taking PINK LINE 4 - AVOID!!! Disaster...

Plenty of food, beds were really comfy and cozy, we fell asleep as soon as our head hit the pillow! Comfortable and value for money.

Very clean hotel. Reception staff communicate in English very well. Nice breakfast buffet (kept us full until dinner). Close to two metro stations: Simplon, Jules Joffrin (5 minute walk) and just a 20 minute walk to the Montmarte hill. Had a pleasant stay there with my family

There is no relation between what is presented in the website and what you get in real. Wee booked this hotel since we know ibis hotels, and they have a very positive image and experinces as far as we are concerned (I stay in Ibis Hotels in my business journeys(membership no:30810311770764453), for example today, in Gaziantep-Turkey) From the descriptions and pictures, you get an image that this hotel is a lifestyle, boutique hotel with a reasonable price. What you get is, a hotel with very very low comfort, incredibly small rooms, no heating (ony radiators in the bathroom (if you call it a bathroom)), worn out carpets, grey towels. Although we are a couple not looking for luxury and happy with little confort and luxury in the jolidays, we could not stand to stay in the hotel and booked another hotel from booking.com at the night we checked in and moved to there next morning. I stongly don't recommend this hotel for couples like us, it is a very very very low budget hotel for the ones with absolutely no expectations about nothing. This hotel is a shame for Ibis, they should immediately take an action and make a facelift for the hotel, enlarge the rooms a little bit, maintain and renew the decorations, renovate the bathrooms, etc.) You, on the other hand ans booking.com, make a warning the this hotel is a very very low budget hote, so customes like us wuld not be dissapointed. We paid for the hotel in advance, and had to pay for the other hotel again. So, we paied two times more than we planned. If you could compensate this for us in some way, we would be very happy since you have a dissapointed and unhappy but still loyal client. Close to metro, so easy to get around Paris. Liked the area, giving a good feel of Paris.Lots of small shops and bistros along the main street.

We had 2 rooms and the twin room was claustrophobic. Didn't even have enough room to put up ironing board. Beds too big for size of room. The other room was for 3 people and wasn't quite so small but again bed too big for room size. Other than that the hotel suited our needs and good for price, in Paris.

The price is great. For the quality of the hotel, the price was really cheap. The staff is really nice and helpful.Breakfast is everyday the same but I've seen a lot worse at some other hotels.

The room isn't really big, but for a city trip you don't really need a big room. I was a bit scared about the neighborhood. But I didn't notice any strange things so it was fine.

Well located. Staff very helpful. The room we were given was not suitable (bathroom door stuck) and we were immediately moved to a bigger room without fuss. Good location.

Very small rooms, 10 minutes waiting for taking table for eating breakfast!!! Breakfast every day are the same with the same food (horrible). Dirty tables, not enought food, too small buffet.

It's location and tha opportunity to have a great breakfast.

The bedroom was a little cramped - get rid of the table and 2 stools.
