Friendly staff and comfortable room. Good shower! Central location.

I didn't know there was a late night bar until 02:00 Sat & Sun. Fortunately, I had asked for a room on the top floor so wasn't too disturbed by the music, although it was a bit loud. No so bad as to complain about it.

We booked two nights, we had the room we asked in our reservation and was absolutely perfect!! Starting with the guy who was at the phone and the ladies in the front desk, all the staff very very friendly and nice!! They made our stay incredible! Next time we visit Biarritz we will stay in Palacito!!!!

Great location, clean, modern and spaciaous rooms, excellent vibe in hotel bar.

Not a huge concern but we stayed on the first floor and you can hear the DJ from the bar downstairs

It's pricey but we did stay in the middle of peak season. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

there was no hot water in the shower in the morning, and no way to shower for the 8 of us, of course!! quite an unpleasant experience. the hotel staff told us that the it's because the hotel tank ran out of water, so to wake up early in this place (if you shower in the morning) is a must.

Perfect location & friendly welcome. Palacito bar always crowded, enjoy yr stay at Palacito if you plan some days in Biarritz.

There is a nightclub just in front of the hotel. Was a bit noisy at night even in April. Better to choose another side of the building if you are not going out)

Le bruit du bar de l'hôtel jusqu'à 2 heures du matin malgré que la chambre était au 3ème étage.

La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel, estás a pasos de todo. Me gustó también que en las noches hubieran fiestas, súper entretenido.

Puede sonar insignificante, pero me pareció de mal gusto el cubrecama, que en realidad no había. No hay que gastar mucho para poner algo lindo y no tener que tenderse sobre la frazada.

el ruido del pub del mismo hotel hasta altas horas!. Y que en recepcion casi nunca hay nadie durante el dia.

L'accueil à l'hotel, le fait de nous avoir attribué une chambre plus grande car nous étions avec notre fille de 2 ans et demi avec lit parapluie. Une chambre sur l'arrière au calme nous a été proposée, c'étaot parfait!

le prix du petit-déjeuner 11€ trop cher pour ce qui est proposé.

A savoir, l'hôtel est situé au dessus du bar qui possède le même nom. Il est très bien insonorisé mais si vous ne participez pas à la fête, il est difficile de dormir avant la fermeture. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour qu'il y ait le moins de perturbations possible, mais il y a quand même du bruit si vous êtes dans une chambre au dessus du bar (j'étais au 1er étage sur rue au dessus de la terrasse).

Le Bar Hotel Palacito est propre, bien tenu avec une décoration sympatique et les chambres sont très chaleureuses. Bien situé.

Le gros point noir de cet établissement est l'insonorisation de notre chambre, par rapport au bar qui se trouve au rez de chaussée. A priori, choisissez plutot une chambre au dernier étage.

de bar bij palacito is uitstekend alleen vinden vele anderen dat ook tot laat in de avond wordt de bar zeer goed bezocht en alleen als je een kamer op de 3e etage hebt, zoals wij, heb je in mindere mate last van het lawaai

O hotel integra também um bar. Quando chegámos, não estava ninguém na recepção do Hotel. Ainda esperámos um pouco, mas como ninguém nos vinha atender, tivemos que nos dirigir ao pessoal do Bar, que não parecia estar muito por dentro do funcionamento do hotel. O atendimento não corresponde ao preço pago.

la situation géographique évidemment, et la décoration des chambres est sympa (même si quelques finitions manquent (pas de barre de seuil entre chb et sdb (carreaux tranchants)).

extrêmement bruyant avec le bar très couru au rez de chaussée. pas d'eau chaude le jour de notre passage.

Posizione ottima. Camera pulita e gradevole nell arredo. Wi-di gratuito e veloce. Personale gentile.

rapporto qualita' prezzo forse eccessivo, pero' siamo a Biarritz e noi ci siamo stati a ferragosto.

Tres bien place, personnel agreable; tres bian insonorise dans lse chambres ou l'on entend tres peu la teuf du cafe palacito qui dure tard dans la nuit.

Pas de parking ni pour les voitures ni pour ma moto en l'occurence.
