the bed was 2 beds conected thats the only thing i didnot like it

Not a great deal, but although the terms and conditions did not allow you to leave earlier than your planned stay, they did allow me to cut short my stay without penalty. .

You had the impression that you were lucky to be staying there The access to the car park is difficult and is in dire need of a makeover but the staff were helpful to assist with luggage. Although I booked a non smoking room I was put on a smoking floor and it was impossible to sit on our balcony in comfort. As long as there are at least 25 of you drinking champagne, or you are a young female, in a short skirt you will get the attention in the restaurant, otherwise try somewhere near by and get value for money and a good meal.

The location is excellent with a friendly staff and also having a very nice indoor outdoor pool.

The rooms are small if you want to add exfra bed And they have a strang policy like if the room is new you can't add extra bed .

The best is location of hotel near the beach.

I've stayed here before and enjoyed it so much that I decided to stay here again. The location is unbeatable. Close to restaurants and shopping and the train station is a 10 to 15 minute walk away if you are so inclined to want to go further down south. The staff are very helpful as well. Will definitely go back again :)

The hotel location and quality of buildings and facilities are are the heart of the palais' great appeal. All staff were very helpful and the room was very well looked after - refreshed at least 3 times every day. Right on the busy Nice front, it's location is second to none and the sea view we had from our room was excellent.

There is only one element I could pick up on - the pillows were far too soft for not myself and my wife. However, there was no option to swap, so we had to stick with what we had.

I had great stay at this hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful. the location is great and near the main city.

Absolutely marvelous. Perfect location, excellent staff, food, pool. Could hear the waves as we slept. Must have a sea view, sit back and relax.

We normally stay in boutique or specialty hotels because they are usually more charming and welcoming than larger, more 'posh' properties, but it was the Grand Prix weekend, and hotel space was hard to come by. The room was adequate, but the view from the balcony was the back of another building, certainly not very charming. Inspite of the high rate for the room, there was an additional charge of 10 euro just to use the fridge to store water or juice, something we have never encountered before. Overall the atmosphere reminded us of a modern high end hospital. The location was excellent right across from the beach and very near the old city, but we did not feel 'at home' at this hotel.

Pillows to soft and no option of a firmer pillow.

Excellent central location close to the old city. Excellent personnel. I would definitely stay again.

Very expensive breakfast (Euro 27) which is probably OK for a 5-star hotel but still high enough. Very sensitive internet connection - I had to re-enter my password to keep the connection very often.

Service very bad. Price for value on room was not good. Regretted what I paid.
