Not a great deal, but although the terms and conditions did not allow you to leave earlier than your planned stay, they did allow me to cut short my stay without penalty. . You had the impression that you were lucky to be staying there The access to the car park is difficult and is in dire need of a makeover but the staff were helpful to assist with luggage. Although I booked a non smoking room I was put on a smoking floor and it was impossible to sit on our balcony in comfort. As long as there are at least 25 of you drinking champagne, or you are a young female, in a short skirt you will get the attention in the restaurant, otherwise try somewhere near by and get value for money and a good meal.

Hotel Staff...terrific...Very friendly response to all needs. I asked the Hotel Front Desk to extend my stay at Hotel for four more nites in addition to the four nites done by Booking.com...One new hired employee first cancelled reservation done Booking.com and applied the rack rate done by hotel...then I asked another front desk agent eve and she corrected the previous mistake...but the four nites extended after Booking.com reservations remained in very high level. Another mistake also involving income was done by Hotel charging 63,00 Euros to cover Plage Divers...I Dont know what is this...expect reeimbursement of such amount.

Great location on the Promenade, and only 10 mins walk to the old town. Very clean hotel, and it had a lovely swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor. The sauna was located on a different floor from the swimming pool, which we thought was odd, and therefore didn't use.

Te concierge is very helpful they answer any question you have and arrange all you need. The location is perfect. The buffet breakfast is satisfying and the bar serves delicious drinks. Some rooms are too small and do not get enough light.

Good stuff, nice location, beautiful architecture of the building, comfortable sauna and hammam, nice view on the terrace from swimming pool, pleasure smell of fragrance in the holl. I very didnt like that sauna is not opened all hours. Since early morning till late evening people came to the sauna and it was closed. That was very uncomfortable.

Lovely place but really pricey. Couldn't ask for any better facility or location. price. My reservation said 392 euros and when we checked in, our receipt was 398. Drinks in bar too expensive and to be charged for an adaptor instead of being given one to use for our stay was ridiculous.

The hotel lived up to its reputation as one of the best in Nice. For that special week-end it is well worth paying more to experience all that a top hotel has to offer and I did not begrudge a euro of it ! no tea / coffee facilities in the room
