思ったより部屋が広く、清潔感あり、モダンな内装でした。東京の一流シティホテルのような感じでゆっくりく- つろげました。テラスでの朝食のサービスも良く、お料理も美味しかったです。 宿泊時支払いと認識しているが、どの時点でチェックされたのか不明で、依頼しないと領収書がもらえなかった- こと。 |

部屋やロケーションがとても素晴らしかったです。 特にありませんが、スタッフからもう少し、利用できる施設についての説明が欲しかったです。 |

泊まった部屋のビューはとても素晴らしかった。事前に知らされていなっかったが、泊まった部屋のバスルーム- にバスタブだけでなく、シャワーブースが付いていた。とても使いやすかったが、有無で、宿泊料金が違うのか- が、分からない。逆に、バスタブに付いている可動式シャワーは、水撥ね防止の仕切りがないため使えない。無- 料の有線ランは便利だった。 サウナ、ハマムは水着着用でないと入れない。ｗｅｂにデータがなく、知っていれば、持参し、使えたのに、残- 念。 |

チェックインタイムよりかなり早く着いたが、部屋を用意してくれた。スッタフはだいたいにおいて親切であっ- た。 バスのシャワーとの切り替え栓が壊れたままであったり、クローゼットの内の電気がこわれたままで発熱してい- たり、と高級を期待していたので、少しがっかりした。直してもらうにも１日以上かかった。テラスは鳩が飛び- 交い、ﾃｰﾌﾞﾙも糞だらけで落ち着いて飲食できなかった。変圧器も使うだけでも９ユーロもかかることの説- 明もなく、精算時に驚いた。今まで海外のいわるる高級といわれるホテルでは、無料で貸してくれた（要デポジ- ットの場合でも）。 |

Cleanliness and comfort level of the hotel. Steam and Finnish saunas and large enough pool were available only for hotel guests, not overcrowded at all. |

Beautiful location with fantastic views over the sea and a relaxing atmosphere. Don't expect to eat and drink at the hotel unless you have meals included in your deal! Very expensive |

A wonderfully positioned hotel, with comfortable rooms and (sea) view was fantastic The pool was particularly good for a family, but could be a bit warmer! We liked the indoor/outdoor aspect. Food and drinks expensive. |

Everything about this hotel is great. the staff very helpfull. The location is great (oopst. to Sea and the back the coffee shops and shopping areas). As we were in Honeymoon trip, they upgrade our room to sea view room with bigger size. breakfast comparing to its price is too high. |

Firstly the location was fantastic, 10mins from the airport and 10 min walk from the old town.Our room was beautiful and big with a big balcony over looking the sea. Could'nt fault it. |

Really great location, very close to airport, beach and old town of nice. Very relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. The room i got was not of a superior standard, which is the room type we paid for, and our double bed was two single beds pushed together!! |

the location was very good the facilities just good the hotel staff was very helpful. bathe & the shower are separate no water inthe bathroom.you cant put your one things in the menu bar without charging mony that was strange for me in four stars hotel |

Our stay was amazing! We spent 3 nights at this hotel for our honeymoon and the staff were very accomodating and gracious. Our room was kept very clean by the cleaning staff. We did not dine in the restaurant in the hotel, but it looked very nice. The hotel had a partnership with a nearby beach that we were able to reserve the chair and towel on the beach for 17 Euro. Overall, this hotel was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it. |

location is excellent convenient to shopping, boats, buses, trains and all means of transportation hotel concierge and staff do not have their act together, missed wake up calls, made wrong reservations |

The room was good and the hotel facilities good. The position on the main street excellent also not far from the airport. The staff were not what I expect from a "leading hotel of the world" not treated as well as usual as we are members of the "leaders club". In other hotels of this class there is a better welcome better concierge and better bellhop. Took a long time to get us a taxi and there was an indifferent attitude to us as guests.The room had a backyard view and we were not offered anything else nor did anyone show us to our room and ask us were we happy with it ........the norm in a "leading hotel of the world" group. |

Excellent staff at the reception desk, a nice, fresh scent everywhere in the hotel - overall a great place to stay! It took a while to get the drinks we ordered by the pool.. But when they came they tasted great :) |
