Alexandre is a fabulous host! He made sure our stay was wonderful. We loved the old building and the furniture in the studio. The location of the studio couldn't be better. We had a terrific time in Montpellier thanks to our nice studio and Alexandre! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

If I had to mention one negative point, it would be the lack of airconditioning because it was really hot outside when we were in Montpellier (+30°C). But there was a fan in the room, so we were able to get some sleep.

Welcome by Alexandre excellent, on time and extremely helpful... We asked lots of questions which Alexandre was very eager to answer. Central location, close to car parks for those with cars.

We loved staying in this apartment. It has stone floors, and the windows look out into tiny courtyards not visible from the street, and you can imagine you live in old Montpellier. Inside it's modern and elegant and has everything you need. We liked the very big TV and fast Wifi. The beds were comfortable and with the fans in each bedroom, open windows, and stone walls, we could make it cool enough to sleep comfortably. The owner was very nice, spoke English well, and brought us milk and a marble cake. The apartment was very well located near the Place de la Comedie and therefore not too far from the station, but in a quiet side street.

There was no air conditioning, though there were fans and we could open windows. The top bedroom has restricted ceiling height which was OK for us because our daughters had it.

How wonderful to have so much space after spending time in several small hotel rooms. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was relaxing to stay here. My host was very helpful and made me feel very welcome. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend to friends

The position of this studio is great - right in the middle of it all but peaceful as well. The host is fantastic - he cant do enough for you, including coming to the car park to help carry luggage. car parking is a short walk away and very reasonable at 40euros for our four night stay. The building is interesting and full of history. A great place - recommended highly!

We really liked the central location right in the centre of the old town making sightseeing and finding somewhere to eat so easy. The owner was extremely helpful and having a fridge was very welcome. The coffee capsule machine was a nice touch.

The kitchenette was poorly lit and awkward to use.

The building and the room were astonishing: Image a 17th century building completely renovated. I liked the large staircase, the very high ceiling in the bedroom and the decoration details: with modern-art lamps hanging from the ceiling, a marble-engraved fireplace with a large mirror on top. The bed was extremely confortable. You can feel that the owner invested in the mattress, in the bedframe and in the pillows. We also had an expresso machine in the bedroom, and two capsules to make ourselves a nice coffee for breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Although the place is great, it is pricey.

Location. Close to railway station and old part of Montpellier. Assistance with arrival and carrying baggage upstairs . Size of apartment - very spacious. Very well equipped. Ease of paying in cash. Very helpful owner who spoke beautiful English.

Being an apartment I expected a washing machine, but there was a laundry nearby. The duvet was too hot. Supplying a blanket as an alternative may be a good idea.

Very nice landlord, asked how we re doing serval times. Wlan worked fine. Right in the city centre, very chic appartment. Good choice. Came with baby, they had a baby cot ready for us

I am 6'3 and banged my head several times in the upper room as ceiling is very low.

Nice, large, and quiet room with a lovely bathroom. Easygoing hosts. For people who enjoy hotels without front desks and all that stuff, this is a superb place to stay.

Not easy to recognize the hotel from the street.

Amazing and totally unique apartment right in the heart of the old town - location literally couldn't be better. Very warm welcome from the lovely owner (Alexandre) and a thoroughly enjoyable stay all-round. Very highly recommend!!!

This is not a place for tall people due to very low ceilings! ;-) Also no lift and lots of steps, but that is to be expected in a building of this age. There was nothing we didn't like but just a couple potential improvements/suggestions to make it utterly fabulous could be to include a welcome pack of a few basics such as milk, tea, coffee, bread, etc; install a wash basin in downstairs toilet and even a shower instead of a washing machine; more and comfier pillows in bedrooms; bigger mugs for us tea drinkers; better lighting in kitchen area; more 'cosy' artwork on the walls in living room.

The location is really good. The building looks quite old, but it is classic and sounds romantic.

The kettle was very dirty that we didn't use it.Then we had to buy drinking water ,tea and cofee by ourselves.

Excellent location, apartment full of charm. Even had a kettle! (very rare for France). Met by a lovely man who carried my bag up the stairs and couldn't have been more helpful. Just stayed for one night for a gig, would definitely stay again.

No shower, just a shower hose over the bath.

The owner responded promptly to all our needs, the apartment is tastefully decorated and well furnished, in a historical building at one of the best spots in Montpellier. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was in the middle of the 'old city' without traffic during the day - great for sightseeing on foot. The landlord's hospitality was fantastic.

It would have been nice if the lamp in living area was working and the basin the bathroom had a plug.

Location in the historical center, quite street, spacious room, small kitchen. Alexandre (the owner) was very helpful, giving us valuable advices and recommendations, he also speaks English well, which was important for us.

    Nothing to complain about
