they hotel was still under construction, it was dirty, loud and the staff did not care that the guests were being disturbed or inconvenienced. |

Location and the rooftop terrace and swimming pool, which was the best feature of the hotel THere should be a facility to make a cup of tea - this should not just be the province of 3-star hotels. The mini bar prices are far too high. There is an impersonal air to the hotel and a sense - once again - that soulless design has triumphed over comfort and a natural, friendly feel. We were sorry we did not stay in a smaller, more intimate hotel. |

The renovated ares of the hotel were tastefully decorated. Our room was a pleasure to stay in . The shower cabin, although of a high design standard ( in our room ) was not practically constructed The glass sliding door was heavy and did not slide with ease. The floor tile construction in the cabin was loose and wobbled while one showered, making it a rather shaky experience. It was a bit disappointing that the pool and roof terrace was under construction and hence out of use during our stay. |

Location, basic design, furniture. It was surprising to me that a hotel of that location and category was not better managed/maintained - the renovation does not seem to be completed and nobody appeares to be bothered by that. There is some "personal touch" missing - flowers, decoration, better maintenance. And the spirit/attitude of the staff has room for improvement. |

The hotel had a very nice ambience. We went 2 1/2 days without a key that would work in the door to our hotel room. After much complaining, I got a bottle of wine and a fruit tray. |

The room was great, great views from the roof, very polite hotel staff. the extra costs for everything, eg. swimming pool, internet. according to online information the hotel should have a private beach, but unfortunatly it isnt true. too expensive breakfast in relation to the quantity and quality. |

It's location Unfortunately there's not much to positively state about this hotel. I was about to miss my flight due to the staff negligence. The hotel is still under serious construction works which gives a kind of weird feeling; you just feel like an extra burden to the staff. I spent 10 nights in the hotel together with my family and we had 3 doubles. We expected to have the bed sheets changed daily but it never happened. It's a noisy place and instead of improving the quality and the diversity of services the hotel chose to cancel even the existing ones such as the possibility of making your own coffee/tea in the room. The room service is incredibly expensive: a cup of coffee which is 6 Euros costs in fact 10 due to an extra charge of 4 Euros. |

The hotel is ideally located. Our room was well decorated, clean and a pleasant place to spend time. roof top pool was ok, approx 1.8m deep with no shallow area so younger kids/none swimmers need constant hands on supervision. food was very good though a tad expensive as was the in-room mini bar. public areas are a curious avant garde style that makes the hotel feel a little inpersonal. no kettle or iron in room and none available via room service either. refurb still in progress. private beach was handy but packed solid with sun beds - more so than any of the other private beaches. you feel very much like a sardine and senior staff running beach bar are plain arrogant. remove 1 out of 3 sun beds and it'd be a far nicer - come on guys its not all about the money! they reserve the front rows for 'others' who dont appear until mid afternoon, so again its hands on supervision if you have small kids on the beach. its the poor beach service and facilities that mean we wont stay here again which is a great shame |

beverage prices are ridiculously high so we never used the bar....TV €50, not realistic and not industry standard.....wifi should be free or if not should be cheaper...it seems that the hotel attracts people with resonable room prices and then robs them with their services...€8 for a Coca Cola? |

Die Lage zum Palais du Festival und die Lage an der Croisette sind optimal. Der Preis für das Frühstück und das entsprechende Angebot sind unverschämt teuer und nicht vergleichbar mit anderen Tophotels an der Croisette. |

Personale gentile e disponibile, perfetta posizione, cucina discreta. La pulizia dei bagni dovrebbe essere più curata. Le camere non sono molto bene insonorizzate. |
