Close Proximity to sea and local attractions, good city center location, decent value for location

I spoke to a reservation specialist about the room type and was told the room would be on top floor and have a balcony, when I arrived I spent first night in room overlooking an ally with no balcony. The receptionist was not friendly, basically saying I was out of luck. The next day the issue was resolved with reluctance from hotel. Upon check out they tried to charge me for phone bills dated 5 days previous and the additional "tourist tax" which receipt showed was already paid. Not the greatest service.

The hotel was nice except we did not have a bed, it was a very uncomfortable futon. We both had a horrible back ache for days. It should be stated it is ot a bed.

The futon bed was the only complaint...but a major one.

This is a good hotel in a very good location for sightseeing by foot or local bus. If you enjoy a walk, you could do everything in the vicinity of Monaco without using a single bus. The room was very comfortable and served us very well for 5 days. The rooftop pool was also a hit. All things considered, you could spend a lot more to stay in Monaco and be no better off than we were.

The hotel rating of 4 stars is probably more like 3. Still very comfortable but not nearly luxury.

the room was not clean proporly , socks went black.. and I had to clean out the closit from very old dust, like building-dust...before I could use it.

Internet. There's a market just outside the hotel.

The suite was too small for a family of four. We didin't have the room made in five days! Towels were not changed. Parking is expensive and not in the same building so it is difficult to carry all the luggage.

The hotel is situated walking distance from the Monte Carlo casino and center. Very convenient and a great value/price foR that area.

Clean room with everything you would need for a short break. We only stayed one night, but thought it was pretty good.

The noise from the traffic on the road outside was loud late at night, mainly because the sliding balcony doors weren't very sound proofing

While we stayed with you we went to Cannes Film Festival. Played Golf in Italy . went on a beauitful walk to Eileen Gray's house at Rocqbraum?all along the coast to Cap Martin. Dine at La Turbie travel on the trains and found bus services wonderful. In evening we strolled around Monaco.and enjoyed the local coffee and pastry shops. A really wonderful trip. Thank you.

The location was excellent. The room was very spacious and excellent for my requirements as a wheelchair user. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. If you work out the varying lifts in the surrounding area it saves a lot of walking up and down from Monte Carlo. Location of supermarket, markets and bakers excellent for shopping. Bus services nearby.

It was nice and clean, great location with a nice view over the Sea. Little market outside was alo a plus.

needed to adjust to not having fresh towels but I guess that thats the system. Bed might be more comfortable. Room 704
