Staff were very helpful in booking taxis (we were there for a wedding) and generally very pleasant and friendly. Very useful laocation and relaticvely good value for this very expensive part of the world. The rooms were rather spartan but nonetheless very clean |

Close to casino area. Long walk to port area, ok going (down hill) buses stop running quite early so taxi would be required on return unless you are in flat comfortable shoes |

the city the cleaning in the room, at the check in, was very bad, the sheets in the both chambers was dirty, behind the refrigerator was the same, the personel except one lady, blond one, nobody was not ascking anything about our staying, needs or other things, during the night ,the receptionist(one guy) was sleeping. this is not 4****hotel(maybe 1*) at 4stars you have to get a lot of services(incl x not) |

Reception staff friendly Furnishings old and tired; mattress offering no comfort; rooms not clean with mould growing round the bath tub. Also bad odour from toilet and kitchen sink. Noisy at night, but that was expected due to its central location. |

The only thing redeeming about the Palais Joséphine is the fact that there is a fresh market close by every morning. It is not a hotel, rather a very overpriced hostel living conditions. We had to pay for housekeeping services as we were there for more than 5 days. Clean towels, forget it. Bathroom facilities are lacking, bed is extremely hard and small. Very hard to locate the Palais Joséphine. Four stars? Very very misleading. Service is terrible and parking overpriced! |

la stanza è spaziosa e pulita. Buona la posizione. davvero difficile da localizzare: indicazioni stradali molto parziali. Solo grazie agli abitanti del luogo, che lo conoscono con la vecchia dizione di Pierre Vacances, è stato possibile arrivare. La hall non risponde agli standard di un 4 stelle. |

la ubicacion perfecta para recorrer todo monaco pasar de un edificio a otro muy complicado debia subir, caminar hasta el otro edificio y luego bajar fue un tour llegar al apart, falta de toallones eramos 4 y dejaban 2 toallones |

una bella vista Ho fatto una prenotazione su booking per 3 persone . Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel non ci hanno dato la stanza con tre letti singoli e per avere la stanza che avevo prenotato ci hanno fatto pagare la differenza a prezzo pieno, dandoci la stanza da sei perchè hanno detto che non avevano altre disponibilità... |
