The location is super! Monte-Carlo casino and Fairmont hotel are 500meters away from the hotel ! Caffees and restaurants are nearby! This hotel is very comfortable for families that cook by themselves ! The furnace, microwave oven, refrigeratr etc. are new and very reasonable !!! Free Wi-Fi. The service of the staff. We arrived at night, were very tired and were waiting for check-in within 30 minutes having no other clients at the reception. Very noisy - no sound proof. The smell of coocking food in the room. Unreasonable price for me but will be reasonable price for families that cook for their own. |

Staff were very helpful in booking taxis (we were there for a wedding) and generally very pleasant and friendly. Very useful laocation and relaticvely good value for this very expensive part of the world. The rooms were rather spartan but nonetheless very clean |

L'hôtel est bien situé et nous avons pu visiter facilement le quartier du casino à pied . La petite cuisine est bien équipée avec lave vaisselle.... Et de nombreux commerces alimentaires au pied de l'hôtel. Bon plan pour un petit séjour à Monaco!! |

この地区であっても低予算、しかも清潔。スタッフが２４時間常駐しており対応も良好。部屋も広く、ソファベ- ッドとあってもシーツ、布団？もあり全く問題なかった。 ドライヤーが、貸し出し用しかなく、部屋に附属されていないのには閉口した。貸し出し用も結局、貸し出し中- とのことで滞在中使えなかった。 |

Příjemné klidne prostředí. Oceňují kuchyňku, pohodlí, a dostatečnou blízkost k Monte Carlu. Snad jen , že z podzemní garáže není příme spojeni s recepcí výtahem a bylo nutne chodit naokolo. |

A pesar de los inconvenientes causados, salvo la persona que estaba en recepción por la noche que no supo manejar la situación, los demás fueron muy amables, recibimos unos presentes en la habitación al día siguiente y no se nos cobró la estancia del fin de semana. Parece que hay una falta de organización a la hora de entradas, salidas y entrega de habitaciones: Tardanza en recibir la habitación el día de llegada; llegamos a las 13:30 horas y aunque la entrega pone en la web que puede ser a partir d elas 14:00 ó 14:30 horas nos fue hasta las 16:15 h. y con las Sras. de la limpieza acabando a toda pastilla delante nuestro. Por la noche el sistema de apertura de la puerta falló, estuvimos una hora y media para entrar en la habitación que finalmente fue una distinta a la que se nos había asignado a la llegada y que tenía toda nuestra ropa. |

Vlotte check-in en check-out. Appartement met nieuwe keukentoestellen. Verzorgde badkamer. Voldoende shampoo en handzeep. De kamer stonk naar de rook.Het zwembad was gesloten voor aanpassingswerken. |

Il personale pur avendo un'affluenza del 70% di italiani non parla la nostra lingua. Il parcheggio non c'e' per tutti e limotrofamente e' difficilissimo trovare un posto, camera in una posizione sgomodissima per raggiungerla bisogna prendere 2 asensori. |

Ho apprezzato booking.com che si sono fatti sentre per la mia tutela infatti dopo 4 giorni mi hanno assegnato la camera che gradivo, ma per ragiungerla ci voleva il gps da pian terreno andavi al 3° piano percorevi circa 250 metri di corridoio prendevi un'altra ascensore e scendevi al 2° piano arrivavi in un corridoio senza uscita ove ci sono circa 10 stanze per I piu' sfigati con l'aria condiziona non funzionante per ben 4 giorni (il tecnico era in ferie) ma avevi il balcone ed il bide'. Pur avendo prenotatoa gennaio per agosto, dop aver chiamato svariate decine di volte per farmi riservare una camera con balcone arrivato li' mi hano dato una camera senza balcone, senza bide', e con la sala bagno divisa doccia e lavabo in una camera e tazza in un tugurio accando al corridoio (lasio immaginare l'imbarazzo), il personale pur avendo un'affluenza del 70% di italiani non parla la nostra lingua. Il parcheggio non c'e' per tutti e limotrofamente e' difficilissimo trovare un posto auto. |
