i didn't loke nothing. the photos are very diffrent on web, the mean it's a 4 stars apart hotel but they don't give you so many things for 4 stars, is a 2 stars

nothing, the stuff don't answer at your questions they are net very helpful, usually the night receptionist

The location is super! Monte-Carlo casino and Fairmont hotel are 500meters away from the hotel ! Caffees and restaurants are nearby! This hotel is very comfortable for families that cook by themselves ! The furnace, microwave oven, refrigeratr etc. are new and very reasonable !!! Free Wi-Fi.

The service of the staff. We arrived at night, were very tired and were waiting for check-in within 30 minutes having no other clients at the reception. Very noisy - no sound proof. The smell of coocking food in the room. Unreasonable price for me but will be reasonable price for families that cook for their own.

Très bien reçus par le personnel compétent, la chambre était propre et spacieuse. Le ménage bien fait. Un très bon souvenir de cet hotel nous restera. A recommander :-)

Son emplacement assez près du centre de Monte Carlo au sein du marché

Pas de ménage fait: le sol de la chambre était tres sale. Arnaque au niveau du Parking car l'hôtel demande 15 euro la nuit quand le compteur du Parking affiche 5,90 euro !!!!! De plus, 100 euro la nuit alors que l'on peut avoir une chambre en plein Monte Carlo pour 75 euro en s'y prenant à l'avance: ex: le Novotel.

L'hôtel est bien situé et nous avons pu visiter facilement le quartier du casino à pied . La petite cuisine est bien équipée avec lave vaisselle.... Et de nombreux commerces alimentaires au pied de l'hôtel. Bon plan pour un petit séjour à Monaco!!

Es un hotel sencillo pero que cubría nuestras necesidades. La relación calidad-precio en el lugar en el que se encuentra es excelente.

この地区であっても低予算、しかも清潔。スタッフが２４時間常駐しており対応も良好。部屋も広く、ソファベ- ッドとあってもシーツ、布団？もあり全く問題なかった。

ドライヤーが、貸し出し用しかなく、部屋に附属されていないのには閉口した。貸し出し用も結局、貸し出し中- とのことで滞在中使えなかった。

A pesar de los inconvenientes causados, salvo la persona que estaba en recepción por la noche que no supo manejar la situación, los demás fueron muy amables, recibimos unos presentes en la habitación al día siguiente y no se nos cobró la estancia del fin de semana.

Parece que hay una falta de organización a la hora de entradas, salidas y entrega de habitaciones: Tardanza en recibir la habitación el día de llegada; llegamos a las 13:30 horas y aunque la entrega pone en la web que puede ser a partir d elas 14:00 ó 14:30 horas nos fue hasta las 16:15 h. y con las Sras. de la limpieza acabando a toda pastilla delante nuestro. Por la noche el sistema de apertura de la puerta falló, estuvimos una hora y media para entrar en la habitación que finalmente fue una distinta a la que se nos había asignado a la llegada y que tenía toda nuestra ropa.
