Villa Brunel  

The location was perfect for arrival in Paris at the coach station -it was just around the corner. At the other end of the street was Argentine Metro Station - Line 1 which takes you all the way through the main tourist attractions. The receptionists were very professional and helpful. We had a superior twin bedded room which was very clean, spacious and modern. We would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are comfortable and decorated with taste. Location is very good, close to Arc de Triomphe, Palais du Congres, plenty of restaurants and shops around it (also kosher if relevant)

Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when I checked in, on call concierge (late at night) denied it. When I complained again during the day, the bedroom was sprayed with deodorant which improved things a bit. I had to work during my stay and the facilities were very poor - tiny desk and stool. I asked for a desk chair or at least something with a back and was told nothing could be had. When I checked out, I realized I had been charged 30 euro for bedspread cleaning. When I asked, I was told some banana has mashed on the bed. When I asked why I wasn't informed on the same day and maybe shown the purported stain, the manager told me he thought it was perfectly fine to bill me on the checkout without letting me know before (I may add that fruit stains come out with a regular wash that should cost nowhere near 30 euro) and that I should stay in another hotel if I didn't like the service.

Nice hotel it was what's I was looking for I would defentely recommend it for any One willing to visit Paris and it right next to metro station

Convenience for palais des Congres

Very central to most locations and metro. This hotel has recently been refurbished so the rooms are very fresh and decked out nicely. The only suggestion I could make to improve things slightly is to put a kettle and some coffee/tea in the rooms for us early morning risers who like to have a hot drink on their own before facing other guests in the dining area.

Decent standard of hotel for the price

The bedroom was a bit small and on the top floor with a sloping roof. The lift was too small. Barely room for 2 people with luggage. It is right at the far end of Rue Brunel so not as close to the Metro station as we thought it might be

Well situated by the Bois de Boulogne and for the Metro. The room was excellent and clean.

The rooms were clean and newly renovated. The rer c is just in front of the hotel. While the Metro station porte malliot is a 5 mins away walking.

We have booked 2 rooms for 4 nights , and my room was never cleaned !! they only had changed the soap. Actually this has happened only in one room.
