Good situation - room and facilities was very clean and morning reception staff helpful. Night porter had incorrect room rate and was not very helpful when we requested some water for the room after late check-in. |

when we got to the hotel I was surpised to find no acknowledgement of our reservation - however this was not the fault of Palmas, but Booking.com. Hotel Palma was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Facilities were excellent, would certainly stay again and would recommend to others |

It was central with the metro close by. Clean, basic hotel for a visit to paris I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in my room. |

Very good location as the hotel is close to both Port Maillot bus station and Arc d'Triumph. Relatively quiet place. Clean room, though not very large but very large and comfortable bathroom. We had double room with pretty small and soft bed and we had to share one and same sheet and blanket and it was not by mistake. |

Early breakfast possible, nice breakfast room and kind service Very small space in hotel room and The lack of possibility of watching any tv in English and in Italian ( no cnn, No bbc, no Rai1). Only French programms available. The staff cannot help in the matter. |

The staffs from the receptionist to the housekeeping was friendly and helpful, the bathroom was spacious and it also has amenities, nice quiet neighborhood, with a delicious patisserie right at the corner of the street and nice location, only 5 minutes walking from Metro station (Argentine or Ternes) and directly behind L'Arc de Triomphe. The price was not included with breakfast, free wi-fi was only in the lobby area and there was midnight lock-out, eventhough there's always receptionist who would open the door. |

Hotel location is relatively good, however, due to metro system in Paris is so large, therefore, there is a lot of choice on hotels. Hotel claim they did not read our detail request of telling them we have 2 adults and one 10 years old child, therefore gave us a alternate room which don't have air conditioning, further, hotel don't care the listed information on booking.com is wrong, said their hotel web site said "all 6th floor is air conditioned", I wound not pick such hotel if it is not air conditioned. |

Free wireless internet, location was excellent - near Palais du Congress, Metro & Air France airport shuttle. Great price for location! Wash basin was not working well - took very long for water to drain. No kettle to boil hot water. |

It was great. The place is 5 minutes to the Arc of Triumph by walking. The neightborhood is very nice, with a lot of coffee shops and the best fresh bread I've ever had. The staff is very nice. I showed up early the day I was supposed to check in, and they handle to prepare my room and let me in before the check in time. It would be nice to have a safe box IN the room. The hotel has one for money, but they don't store passports. |

Room was cool and there was no rubber undersheet on the bed Breakfast was very poor value for €10. Wardrobe too short to hang my coat without creasing. No cable/satellite TV. TV too high to view comfortably from bed. |

Das Personal spricht teilweise gutes Englisch und ist freundlich. Zimmer mit schrägen Wänden im obersten Stock sind ein Problem. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein. Der Fahrstuhl ist extrem eng. |
