We stayed at this hotel because of convenience to train station .

Rude front desk ! You can always tell when a smile has a snear behind it . I even saw the front desk woman roll her eyes !

I loved the value for money from this hotel and the staff at the reception. They were extremely helpful with any of my requests, and even the guests seemed to be educated and polite people. The room was neat and clean

the shower could be bigger, I couldn't move inside it, but I wouldn't make this a big deal because overall its a great hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me as it was near Gare de Lyon and the Metro. The room was perfect, very comfortable and pleasant decor. The breakfast croisants and coffee were delicious!

- The location is one of the best near Gare de Lyon. I planned to take an early train to Aix so I stayed here for a night and it was great. Only 2 minutes walk to the train station. - The front staff was very lovely and polite. - The room was nice and clean with a porch with a view of Gare de Lyon. At sunset, the station was equally beautiful as other attractions in Paris. - easy walk to Gare d'Austerlitz (10 mins) - Great value for money.

The location. Close to Gare de Lyon, the hotel is an ideal starting point for a visiting day in Paris. I you need refreshments first (or afterwards) try the Creperie on Rue de Lyon nearby, between Rue Traversiére and Avenue Redru Rollin. The Quiche is a sensation.

The rooms are horribly clairaudient. You can hear every single word or movement from your neighbours. One neighbour in the last two nights was a very loud snorer, which made it hard to find sleep. No recommendation, if you have problems to get along with less sleep than you are used to.

The hotel is opposite to Gare de Lyon and Les Car Airfrance stop. It's convenient location. The room is quite nice, clean. Friendly staff. I would like to be back somedays.

Noisy plumbing in room 1 Apparent understaffing of breakfast room

It is really close to the Gare de Lyon station and also from the Air France bus stop (Les Cars), so if you are taking a tgv and you need to be close to the station, you are in the right place. The hotel is clean, the bed is nice and the shower is great (nice size compared to parisian standart). It is a nice hotel to stay one or two nights, but not a hotel for vacations.

In my first night in the hotel, the internet was not working. In the second night, it was fixed and the speed was ok. The room could be lighter. I thought it was a little dark, mainly for women who need good luminosity for make up.

The room was clean and close to city centre

Unreliable wi-fi. 2 Single beds for a couple. Room class was similar but not quite what we requested, and this was after we told them it was our honeymoon

Our triple room was quite big. Even facing the street but no noise at all. Free Wifi. Location is good as it was just 3 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon, metro and shuttle bus to airport. Good for traveller who don't want to bring the baggages around.

Ventilation of bathroom was not good. Facilities too basic. We stayed for 2 nights. On the second day we went to Versailles very early and then came back at 3 pm. But the room had not been cleaned at all. Then the cleaning lady knocked our door and asked if she could cleaned the room. I told her that we would went out soon and the reception called minutes later to ask if we need room cleaning today. Though by that time we were about to leave, but I felt that we were driven out.

Convenience for Gare de Lyon and next morning's early tgv to Zurich.Good nearby restaurant and Ile St Louis/Notre Dame short walk away.

Unfriendly welcome almost now expected in Paris!

No problem to deposit the suite case in the morning.

To be treated as someone who has booked through booking.com. Rotten room for which I paid 105 euros, situated on the ground floor giving out directly on the street on the one side, and directly in the breakfast room on the other side. Bed positioned next to the drain pipe from the upper floors, with a noisy tsunami waking you up every ten minutes. If they don't want booking.com, then let them be clear about it, because this is not fair.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Very close to Gare de Lyon for train connections and the airport bus stop is opposite the street where the hotel is located.

Close to the Gare du Lyon Decent Bed

Bathroom samll, room too warm, no bottled water in the room.

Clean, tidy hotel very near Gare de Lyon and Bastille. Currently being redecorated. Pretty good for central Paris, with decent sized rooms for the price.

Although you can leave bags with the hotel after checking out, be aware that the luggage room is not secure.
