Location and price
Slightly odd smell in room, but clean
The pool was great and location was a 2-3 minute car ride from center of city. The family room was a nice size for a family of 4. Very clean and quite.
The family room was made up of one large bed and one pull-out couch which of course was not as comfortable to sleep on as a regular bed.
The peace and tranquility were quite outstanding. The view of the vines unsurpassed.
Lack off kettle!
We liked the pool and the friendly staff. The vineyard view from the room was great. So was the terrace with the vineyard view whilst eating the excellent breakfasts. The breakfast sitting area was lovely. The swimming pool was great. There was a wonderful stray cat there for most of our stay. Pleasant walk into Beaune
The mattress needs replacing. Sadly the bar and reception area had burned down but once back these will hopefully be fine
The breakfast was very good and in lovely bright room.
Decor in our junior suite was tired and dated. Bathroom smelt. Whole place needs a lick of paint
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We love the hotel location and the position of the bedroom overlooking the vines. It is an easy and pleasant walk into Beaune. The pool is a lovely cool down after a day of meandering through the famous vineyards. The breakfast room also overlooks the vines. Lovely!
Nothing. Except that unfortunatelyabout a week before our two day stay the hotel had suffered a fire rendering the normal reception and their bar and dining room inoperable. This did not really impact on our stay as we were not intending to dine there. Also we had early warning of the situation via an email from the hotel. The hotel staff coped admirably.
The member of staff we met was polite.
The room had nasty odour room 66 Lack of facilities no refreshments available. No bar or restaurant due to a fire that occured in July14. Unclean room and tired decor. Very much over priced would rate with a formula motel.
Good breakfast. Only 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city center.
Unfortunately, no wi-fi after the reception was destroyed by a fire the first night. But I think it was worse for the personnel who kept up a positive attitude in spite of the circumstances...
Cleanliness. Quiet. Comfortable. Pool. Staff helpful.
Good accessibility to Beaune Great breakfast Nice swimming pool to relax after a hard days driving
Rooms basic but clean
We used the Panorama as a one night stop off on as we we driving from the Alps back to the Channel. For this purpose it was excellent: - parking immediately outside the rooms and plenty of it - open air swimming pool close by to the rooms which was great for the children after a long drive - easy to find from the motorway - good buffet breakfast (measured by the prevailing standards of small French hotels).
No major problems for us. They had just had a fire which had destroyed the dinning room so there was no dining room and no facility for taking credit cards but we preferred to eat in Beaune anyway.
the rooms are rather dark and unappealing although the surroundings are very good. Dinner was expensive and service not very good.
Lovely view of vineyards from room. Very comfortable bed.
A little too far to walk to centre of Beaune.
It was nice but not worth the money I don't think
The hotel was very nice situated on a vineyard, only about 10 minutes to town.
Breakfast was expensive and same day after day.
the room was modern and nice
the road to the center is not nice to walk. the closing of the frontdoor makes too much noise and possibly disturbs other guests
Rooms in a "Motel- like" complex quite a distance from the reception area - this is not what we expected from a 3* Logis hotel. We imagined from the photos that it was a single storey hotel in 1 building. Our room was comfortable with views over the surrounding vineyards and Beaune was a 20 minute walk away. We had an enjoyable meal in the hotel restaurant - expensive, but the food was quite a change from the usual hotel menus we had experienced in our 3 week tour of France.Breakfast was served in another complex near the swimming pool and as it was raining, we had to take umbrellas to go for breakfast. Free parking near our room
unable to get Wi-Fi in our room
Nice room, plenty of parking, plenty of green space
long walk to town
its is located on the edge of Beaune, which was fine with us. Property is bordered by Vineyards - also fine with us. Room was a little shabby- but it was clean. basically its a value hotel - well priced for Borgogne, but certainly nothing special.
small bathroom. half door on the shower made it hard to adjust the temp before being exposed to the water. pics of the room on booking.com look much better than the actual room.
This is our third stay at this hotel, terrific location, clean, comfortable and very friendly staff.
A tad expensive for this type of hotel although it doesn't stop us from staying here.
After our visit we noticed that the hotel charged an additional amount for breakfast which we did not have. This was discussed at check out and The breakfast was not on the invoice. It is not correct to just charge an additional amount like this very disappinting
The view of vineyards. The proximity to Beaune The breakfast
Paying extra for breakfast The decor of rooms
Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good size room. Excellent restaurant and great breakfast. Easy car parking. Free wifi.
Wifi only available in main hotel area, not in room.
The room was comfortable. The restaurant was also good.
15-minutes walk from the city centre.. Regarding the restaurant, it would be much better if they have a bit more reasonable wine on the list.
