Hotel Panorama  

This is not a hotel and should be worth 1 or 0 star. It is worst than Motel in US. The room is very very dirty, many dust and the toliet bowl did not clean when we first came in, my husband needed to clean it by himself. The air con. did not work and the room is very hot. The hotel staff is helpless, when I asked for the city information, they are not willing to inform and asked me to picked booklets from shelf. Also the room rate is expensive with 0 star service.

Loved the room decor, proximity to highway and city of Beaune, view of vineyard and breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable although a little too warm; we opened the window but a few insects got in. The breakfast was very enjoyable. Overall a good experience!

Happy with the accommodation experience but sorry found restaurant to be disappointing and cannot recommend. Food ok but consider wine to be overpriced - 28 euros cheapest bottle of wine on offer. Restaurant service unacceptably slow on our visit - perhaps short staffed that evening. One other point to make for future guests to have a copy of the Booking.com reservation when paying and check it against the bill. We did not and only reailsed later we had been charged rack rate - 118 euros - instead of the rate quoted on Booking.com - 105 euros

Excellent location. It takes about 15 minutes to walk in to the centre of Beaune or 2 minutes in a car. In 3 minutes you are in Pommard. In a further 5 minutes in Meursault. Like taking a sreoll through some of the finest wine areas on the planet.Nice swimming pool and very good, if expensive, restaurant where you can drink wine made from the vines that surround the hotel.

A easy walk into Beaune for a evening meal..good friendly staff.Also w enjoyed the pool and a quick sunbathe after our 6 hour drive up from the cote de azur..

no bacon for breakfast

Good location. Perfect stopping off point for driving through France. Well placed on edge on Beaune. Nice clean pool. Motel style: You can park right outside room which is handy when traveling through just for a night

Bathrooms were a bit basic without proper shower. Rooms were a bit musty - I would try and get one of the newer rooms which might be better. Slightly lacking in charm, but functional.

Great restaurant, fabulous dinner and very good breakfast!

Poor hot small rooms, restaurantservice poor en expensive.

Close to the motorway, good parking, good views of hills and vineyards.

Expensive breakfast, restaurant and staff not family friendly or sypathetic to our needs.

Very large and cosy room, view to the vineyards, good place for relaxing, a short drive distance to the city, good breakfast served on a varanda by the vineyards, feels like you really "in" Burgundy. I really enjoyed to sleep at night and wake up in the morning watching those hills across the vineyards.

The staircase to the second floor, narrow and very inclined.
