We liked nothing about our stay at Paradis. We booked for 5 nights and we left after 3 nights and we did not get any refund. This is a hostel not a hotel. The location is good . It was dirty, rundown and the website was completely misleading. We were charged 90 euros per night. We moved to a lovely hotel just down the street and they charged 105 it was spotless . Hotel Paradis is not a nice place at all and I would not recommend it . We would still like to be refunded for our 2 nights.

Location, near the sea. The hotel continues to work, though there is a repair. There is a strong painty smell. Rooms in which repair as if is finished look not better. The safe does not work. Pillows are the inconvenient. Unique plus of this hotel is a location. For one night to stop probably, but not for vacation. But to pay this price veru expensive for this hotel, it is possible to find much more the best hotel nearby. I'm not stay there in future also I do not will recommend to nobody.

Location. Super close to the beach and shops. Been staying at Paradis since about 1992 off and on, but afraid this past visit (2011) will be my last. Management is either having a hard time financially, or just doesn't want to maintain it like it used to be when it felt more family run. I've noticed in just this past year alone how run down the place has gotten. I can live without many comforts but it got to the point of just how little can I do without. Just not like it used to be.

Location The outdated lift, it was dirty, smelly and very noisy. No fire extinguishers or blankets or sprinkler system, no heat or fire detectors in room. The fire information in room, said in event of a fire, return to room, shut door, place towel under (ill fitting) fire door, and hang out of the window shouting for help!!! Death trap....

The convenience it offered to shops and restaurants. It is far from fancy, but the people at the desk were so helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and everything is a few steps away. It is a real bargain pricewise for Nice.

they did not replace the dirty towels and also we had to keep asking for toilet rolls no matter what stars a hotel has these are basic requirements which they did not supply without having to ask for them.sadly this is a hotel i most certainly would not recommend to friends and would advised your company to take of your books

Location was great. However, the room was dirty and some of the lights did not work. The electric kettle was full of mold. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

La lumière des éclairages de la ville passe sans problème à travers les rideaux, il fait presque jour (en pleine nuit). J'ai fais trois tentative de douche a des heures différentes pour avoir de l'eau chaude mais sans succès. A ce prix la mieux vaut sélectionner le moins chère des 3 étoiles.

J'ai résèrvé et payé 3 nuits a l'Hotel paradis j'ai passé une nuit en ENFERT...et suis partis a Lolliday in, La chambre n°21 La porte des toilettes ne ce ferme plus, plus d'eau chaude dans la douche, rideau de douche a l'origine blanc noir de crasse, une hodeur insuportable de renfermé, les draps de lits déchiré et vieu comme pas possible la moquette sale l'armoire a 2fr50 usée et il y avait même un trigue usagé a l'intérieur, les lampes de chevet ne fonctionne pas, le lustre au plafond 1 ampoule sur 6 s'allume... Il y a 6 coffre fort posé dans la chambre a même le sol vers la porte d'entrée.. La poubelle de 35l posé dans la chambre ouverte sans couvercle... Du jamais vu!!! Au secour.. A la récèption il mon juste dit "désolé" quand il mon acceuillis la récèptionistene ne parlais pas le Français et elle nous a dis en anglais que pour le petit déjeuner il ny avais plus de Café plus de lait plus rien...

Le personnel inexistant (il a fallu que nous appelions par tel pour que quelqu'un vienne a la réception à notre arrivée et au départ toujours personne!), la propreté de la chambre laisse plus qu'à désirer, les éclairages ne marchaient pas (3 ampoules sur 5 hs et rien dans la salle de bain). Enfin une forte odeur d'égout sortait de la salle de bain. C'est clair que nous ne le recommandons a personne.De plus contrairement a un autre hotel réservé la veille dans les memes conditions l'hotel paradis a encaisse la reservation !

“I thought the hotel's location was perfect. I had a Place Massena view room, which we would certainly recommend. The view was excellent. I booked a comfort double room. The room was large and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the soundproofing is excellent in several regards. First, the windows to the street are very good, so you don't hear city noise. However, within the hotel it is also superb, and that is something you don't find very often. The decoration was very modern and chic! Everything is at your doorstep - the tram and buses, the shops, the restaurants, the old town. I departed wishing I had more time to spend there. “Love this hotel it's family owned! My room was simple but was clean & tidy! There is a little balcony that you can look out onto the street. The room made me feel French! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious for French standard. It's located on a popular street where there are many restaurants, pharmacies, bakery and clothes/shoe shopping. Promenade de anglais is less than a 5min walk. Old town 15min walk. Bus station to go to Cannes or Monaco 10min walk. The train station is a 10-15min walk.
