Friendliness of cleaner. Well equipped room.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room when we went in. The attitude of the staff member in reception- very brusque and unhelpful.
There was no climate control in the room, only a fan, and no screen on the window (security or mosquito). Close-ish to the railway and not much else.
No wifi, no air conditioning
The Staff were friendly and helpful The room was very clean 24 hour Access was convenient There was a bottle opener !!
The room is clean. Not too far to the train station. The room is well-equipped. Good for sole traveler.
They don't have Wifi.
Convenient well-equipped good price
no airconditioning, but provided fan
The position near the town centre.
It is good that you can check-in any time. It is good that the lady let us leave the car on the parking after we checked out for another few hours. Kitchen is well equiped as well.
No one speaks anything else than French. Totally lost if you don't know french. Not very far away from the center, but not close as well.. There was only cable internet in our room.
1. No wi-fi 2. No one speak Engish
On site cheap parking.
Convenient location, clean
Whilst there was a kitchenette, facilities for food/drink, it would have been nice to have a few essentials e.g. sugar, tea towels, condiments, shampoo etc
The room was quiet large compared to most single bed rooms. Being an apartment, it had a fridge, microwave, cooktop and sink, which meant that you could buy groceries at a nearby supermarket and eat in to save some money. There was ample storage space for an extended stay, so you could pack your belongings away and not have them under your feet. It was relatively close to the Arena and Train Station so access was OK. Security was good and it had a laundry and gym, although I didn't use these. Wi-Fi worked well.
Arriving on a Friday night after reception closed, I had to ring the number. The security guard didn't speak English. Had to use someone else to translate. Room was too warm and air conditioning wouldn't alter. Needed to keep the window open to stop from overheating. Reception happened to be closed on that Saturday (usually opened for half the day). Who uses pillows filled with cut foam blocks any more?
Appartment with kitchenette.
Tini rooms, dirty, used towels left in bathroom from earlier guests, uncomfortable beds. No reception desk.
The position close to the city The little gym and the automatic laundry inside the building
No possible to check-in after 12.30 on Saturday
It's a relatively cheap hotel with a good, quite central location. It has its own parking lot (charged only eur 3 per day). The room includes a small kitchenette.
The rooms are not air-conditioned, which can be a huge problem in the summer months (30+ Celsius is quite common in Nimes in July and August). The rooms overlooking the street can be very noisy with the windows open. The staff does not speak English and can happily leave the reception during check-out hours (10 am, btw).
although was very cheap, it was very hot , so keep that in mind for summer days, when temperatures can reach mid 30s
Clean room,little noise.tv worked well.good location
Staff not helpful. The security code for the key was incorrect. The manager had left a message with the code on my home number, while I was already travelling.I Did not get the message. Therefore, when I arrived I was unable to stay,as no one was there to see me,as it was a Saturday. The first 2 days I had to find a hotel nearby to stay instead.
