Bar food was excellant This hotel is very remote and access without a car is very costly by taxi. Their appeared to be a lack of staff with the bar unstaffed. Reception staff were efficient but not very welcoming or friendly. I also tried to contact hotel to clarify booking and got no reply

Hôtel vetuste, trop peu de personnel, les petit déjeuner a 17€ c'est une catastrophe, rien a manger et que des excuses du personnel pas de restaurant le week end juste une carte grignotage!!! Pour le vendredi soir et le samedi plus rien a servir juste une sandwich club merveilleux pour un hôtel de standing

La situation géographique par rapport au parcours de golf du Coudray Montceau. La décoration un peu trop colorée, le manque de charme. Attention aux séjours le samedi soir car c'est un hôtel qui reçoit des mariages donc beaucoup de bruit.

Dit hotel verdient m.i. nog geen 3 in de beoordeling. - Badkamer; zeer onhygiënisch ! Bladderend stucwerk door de gehele badkamer, Badkamervloer :een soort tapijt. - Roomservice , Ik reis veel en ben altijd zeer tevreden over Mercure of Novotel. Nog nooit ergens een slechte beoordeling over gegeven. Dit echter is een schande dat men überhaupt hier nog kamers aanbiedt. En de prijs die men ervoor durft te vragen , waanzin. Note: ik verbleef op de begane grond, wellicht zijn de kamers op andere verdiepingen van een ander niveau?

Accueil à la fois professionnel , détendu et aimable. Nous sommes très mal installés dans la partie "grignotage", sièges inconfortables, tables trop hautes, tout semble fait pour inciter à manger rapidement, histoire de libérer le personnel au plus vite... La literie, trop molle, ne soutient pas le dos fatigués des plus de cinquante ans...

Chambre confortable, environnement boisé et feuillu qui permet une détente agréable et complète. Excellente cuisine avec menus gastronomiques qui met les papilles en fête. Personnel efficace, agréable et chaleureux. On regrette un peu de partir. Prévoir des dessous de verres qui évitent les taches sur les tables. Plus de sourires chez le personnel serait apprécié. Je préfère un serveur qui partage avec moi un "oh oui, moi aussi j'ai eu du mal à arriver au travail à cause des embouteillages" plutôt qu'un "Voici votre boisson Madâââme".
