The location of the hotel in a quiet neigbourhood surounded with low buildings and litle traffic, though near the underground for an easy acces to all of Paris. More care required for the room's maintenance like plumbing repairs, TV and everyday heating availability. |

The shower was broken. The bed liners smelled feet. Breakfast was not good.... No light in the corridor. It felt like a hotel for cheap prostitute |

Not much... The front desk staff was ridiculously unfriendly, no help whatsoever with phone calls, transportation or internet help. The only good thing was the beds were fairly comfortable for someone to hang their hat. Staff, except for the cleaning ladies, bathroom had a awful mildew smell... Rooms were too small but again served the purpose well. Continental breakfast was not worth the 7 euros. But overall enjoyed the whole trip to Paris! |

cheap. supermarket and cafe are near the hotel. depends on receptionist. When I check out I asked to take my passport from the safety box, but the receptionist said 'there isn't your passport' bluntly. He upset me so much. He wasn't the same person who saved my passport. They should have communication well. I will never book the hotel again. |

The staff are extremely friendly and it has a family feel to it. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, which is a nice change to the busy city centre during the day. The buffet breakfast has a nice selection of food. We stayed there for the second time, and in both rooms we found the shower really weak. It could be more powerful so showering doesn’t take ages. Apart from that, all was good. Thanks |

Quiet position next to a park, helpful and nice staff, close to metro (15 minutes to the city centre), substantial buffet breakfast. Good value for money. Noise from the corridor as well as from other rooms a bit higher |

The place was pleasant and clean. When we discovered that the toilet flush was not working, we were immediately given a new room. We know thet a plumber arrived the very same day - so the bathroom got fixed rather quickly. PS - there is a great cinema just round the corner! ;) |

The room is much too small and very tatty. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the shower cannot be connected to the attachment, the TV is positioned too high and does not work properly, the bed is too low, there is no drawer space anywhere. |

La simplicité, la qualité, cela correspondait au budget et séjour rapide... On était à Paris pour une nuit et pas envie de dépenser trop de sous dans l'hôtel. Donc c'était parfait, un bon raport qualité / prix. C'est un vieux batiment, typiquement vieil hotel parisien, le seul défaut c'est le bruit qui passe a travers les cloisions entre les chambres..... Mais cela faisait parti du charme ! |

Le prix Cet hôtel a besoin d'être refait entièrement avec une déco actuelle et un style homogène : tapisserie et moquette d'escalier minable, salle de bain exigue, surannée et sans charme, escalier et chasse d'eau bruyante, télé minuscule, meubles et tableaux disparates bref on se croirait dans les années 50 , mais le prix est raisonnable |
