Loved the hotel, the location was perfect and we had a lovely view of the church. The staff are particularly deserving of praise, nothing was too much trouble and they were very patient and kind. The room was small but perfectly adequate in size and quite charming. |

Location and price, I think it would have been helpful if the staff had a copy of Pariscope- I arrived Tuesday and there were none at the new stands because a new one comes out Wednesday |

Excellent location - very close to the Seine and the Ile de la Cite, good train communications to many places, lovely church next door, very convenient for eating. Room was comfortable and clean, the shower was hot with good pressure. |

Great hotel and location ... very centrally located in the Latin Quarter, near the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Sorbonne University, Musee Cluny, and two metro stations and an RER station. While there is an assortment of many good restaurants within a pedestrian area just around the corner, the hotel is still quite quiet. The front desk staff were always very helpful and friendly. Free internet access was a great benefit and I greatly enjoyed my room ... comfortable beds, high cleanliness standard, and lovely decor ... my room (No. 23) seemed to be on the larger size for Paris hotel standards. I greatly enjoyed my stay, have no reservations in recommending this hotel to friends, and would return to this hotel on future trips to Paris. |

Max was fantastic, he couldn't do enough to try and help us and the location of the hotel to the Metro and sights was perfect. Avoid staying on the first floor in the room with the window facing the hotel entry. There is a club/disco and restaurant outside and its noisy till about 3am. |

The location of the hotel is perfect, a few steps from the many restaurants and bars in Quartier Latin, and of course very close to the St Severin, Notre Dame, Shakespeare bookstore, Luxembourg gardens and Seine. Clean room, friendly and professional staff. |

Location to "tourist" spots (Notre Dame, Louvre, eg) and close to subway and RER stations (easy to reach spots further away: Eiffel, Versaille Palace). Front desk people were helpfull with tourist information. For the price of the room, I expect free internet access and lower price (if not free) continental breakfast. |

Second time visit, the hotel is consistently good. It is very convenient for visiting the centre of Paris, in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Room good and well-designed. Tea-making facilities in rooms would be good; also could we have some decent lights by the bedside to read better? |

We had booked a room with twin beds, however on arrival we discovered that we had been given a room with a double bed. After speaking to reception we were moved the following day, with the minimum of fuss, merci Caroline! The price of breakfast was too dear so we ate in a nearby cafe. |
