Paris is so much expensive city

Decent room, clean and comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, answers to emails almost instantaneously.

This is one of those surprises that makes travelling such a pleasure. Parc Hotel is a modest little place for a modest little price that I booked simply for its location that turned out to be better in every way than I could ever have imagined.

Staff were awesome, I was sick for my entire stay at parc hotel and they were always wandering how I felt, really caring staff. Bathroom was great, hot water. Really warm rooms. Close metro Overall, really cosy and home-like hotel. I miss it already! 2 great supermarkets close by. Carrefor and g20.. they had everything!

Location is ok, but you have to take the metro to get to the city centre. It is a bit out of the way. Especially if you want to go out at night.. Most clubs are around Invalides, Tour eiffel area and metros close at around 12 -2, so you have to get a cab.. And they can cost around 12 euro to 16 euro back to the hotel. Not the best restaurants around the area. Found it difficult to find a place to eat every night.. We ate at the same place 3 nights in a row because it was the best value for money.. Because it is more of a suburb like area these places usually don't serve food between the afternoon until around 5pm so we found it hard to get a late lunch or something like that. Whereas a more central hotel will have a bigger range of restaurants to cater for tourists. Construction happening outside of room, woke us up heaps and was pretty loud.

The staff is unbelievably friendly and supply you with everything you need. Ask for a kettle if you need hot drinks. Rooms are well equipped and full of light, even if a little bit small. The furnishing is pretty new and comfortable. Close to the Metro station and 20 minutes walk from downtown.

No hot water for 1 night. Only one towel for us sometimes.

The hotel room was a nice size and easy to get to. The staff was very polite and helpful. The cost of the room was very good and the hotel location is also very good.

The toilet in our room did not always flush; you had to wait for a few minutes before another attempt could be successfully made. The elevator worked most of the time; however, it didn't work the day we were leaving and made it difficult for us to carry our luggage downstairs.

Very good location, close to metro station. The room is not spacious (as typical in Paris), but adequate and clean. There is a lift. Beakfast o.k., the staff is very helpful and polite. All in all, it is worth the price.

I am afraid that only good things about the hotel where the location and the reception staff was really friendly. Apart from that there was nothing good about it and I am not a demanding customer. It was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, I even had to change rooms due to a terrible smell in one of them - it smelt like it used to be smoking room and the smell stayed there.

First night, I stayed with my mum in the room number 43. It was my present to her for her 60th Bday. The room was terrible. There were: torn curtains, terrible smell, mould in the shower, toilet leak in the shower, cobwebs in the corner of the room. My mum had to put a plastic bag on the floor of the shower as she was worried to catch something. Second night, after we changed we stayed in the room number 64 on the top floor. The toilet didn't seem to work as it filled up until it almost overflown. It was so called at night that we used all the blankets available. My mum caught a cold because of this, terrible draft in the night, the window in the bathroom didn't close properly. The door knob was broken, it looked like someone was trying to get into the room, so didn't feel safe. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel, I am not fussy and don't know how could someone be satisfied with it in these reviews. Unless I had two worse rooms in the whole hotel!

Friendly staff

It was a budget hotel with small clean rooms, helpful staff and free VIFI!!! If you won't choose breakfast in this hotel, you can find a supermarket near.

Infortunately far away from city center, but you can find a metro station everywhere around!!! A very small and dark bathroom

Very clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms. Easy access to main metro routes.

Very noisy in the rooms at night with very poor sound prooofing. We could hear every other person in the hotel taking a shower and going to the toilet.

It was the worst hotel I've ever experienced. I could not believe either hotel or booking.com lied to us about the location of this hotel. It was not located in tour montparnass..... It was in a far distance called pot' d'orleon.... The most inconvenient room and bed that any one could experience. Warm, small room, terrible bath room, dirty...in situations like this it does not matter for you whether the staff are good or bad....

My room was on the street side and it was quite noisy as it was on a bus route. The walls were also quite thin so it was not very soundproof.

Nice location very near to metro stops. Very good hotel stuffs. Daily cleaning service.

It was very warm inside, I should say burning heat during summer (August). There is no AC or fan. But during night it is bit cooler. Also there is no breakfast. u have to pay 9€ per person for the breakfast.

Location: easy to reach the city center!

I think the hotel is in need of some renovation.

A bit noisy (street noise) - couldn't be helped: very hot, had to keep windows open. Air conditioner or a fan in the room would have helped.

The wallls were a little thin and I received late night introduction into the Vietnamese and Nigerian languages - which I could have done without.

It is very near to Metro/Tube train station Port de Orleon and near the market
