For us it is difficult to classify this hotel because we used it only for an overnight stop, but we would recommend it to anyone who was visiting Orleans or who wanted an overnight stop just off the motorway. An Excellent friendly hotel and very good value |

The location is very near the interstate, though a bit hard to find as it has a sign that must be from old owners. Lovely location, quiet, near restaurants that work well for families with children. The hotel signs are for another name, I assume previous owners. Had to get out and see writing on front door to know we had arrived at the proper hotel. |

Staff were very helpful - we left coats and wallet behind, and before we contacted them (2hr later) they had already removed them to a secure place. We stayed in two different rooms out and back from our holiday. Both beds were too firm and neither I nor my husband had a restful night. |

It was easy to park We noticed in our reservation we would arrive between 21.00-22.00 H. When we arrived at 21.30, our room was rented to another customers (no explanation). After all, they gave us a very poor cuality room, small and not too clean. We're still waiting for an apologize. Restaurants too far. No elevator. English poor. |

Staff was very, very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was perfect. The location of the hotel is nice: it's surrounded by lots of trees and it has a huge garden. There are only 3 restaurants on walking distance: one expensive, posh one, and two semi-fast-food restaurants. Furthermore, the interior of the hotel (especially our room) is not so fresh - bath- and bedroom are getting quite old and could use some freshing up. |

very good next to moterway but with a view on the peacefull Loire. Excellent for a stop over on way to south of France. Good child friendly grill on the other side of road. Make sure to book as they were full both our stays (we booked for the return trip) rooms a bit hot, but fan was supplied. windows has moscuito net and could be opended too |

The family room was very good and the buffet breakfast.We liked the location overlooking the river. The fact that we had great difficulty finding it, as it seemed to have changed name and had no clear sign on the road.Our first sighting of 'Arcantis' was on the shampoo! The sign on the road was 'Orleans Parc Hotel'.When we 'phoned to confirm our booking on the day of arrival the receptionist was unable to find our reservation but did have three suitable rooms available-luckily!? |

Het was allemaal prima in orde. Een goed hotel, wat we alleen gebruikt hebben als overnachting tijdens een doorgaande reis. Daarvoor zeer zeker aan te bevelen. We werden op het verkeerde been gezet door arcantis Parc hotel, want dat stond niet op de borden voor het hotel, daar stond alleen Parc hotel, zodat we dit eerst voorbij gereden zijn, dat was het enige minpunt |
