Paris-Barcelone  

The staff were very helpful, as I had an early train to catch I was provided with a tasty breakfast tray. I was given a useful city map and the location of the places of interest was explained.All the staff spoke English.

The room could do with updating.

There was a friendly atmosphere with English speaking staff. Because we were catching a train at 5.30am a breakfast tray was made up for us. We have never had this at any other comparable hotel. The hotel was comfortable and very good value for our overnight stay prior to leaving the South of France by train. It is also immediately opposite the Station.

I needed a hotel within easy reach of the railway station and it is just across the road if you come out the right exit but you can't blame the hotel for the dreadful signposting in Perpignan Station. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is a good start to the day without being exceptional. Ten minute walk to the centre.

Small rooms and can be noisy from other businesses at times.

It's a small hotel just opposite the Perpignan train station which is perfect if one is in transit especially as one has to leave around 7.30am to connect with the "Little Yellow Train" through the Pyrenees.

It does not have a lift/elevator. There are alterations taking place.

Convenience at a good price.

The road works at the station were a nuisance but this was not the fault of the hotel.

Lack of air conditioning. Overall very dated. It clearly was top of the market once, but that was a long time ago. It is very clean and for a one night stay (in cool weather) it is fine. But it is stuck somewhere in 1975.

We thought it was awful and will certainly not stay there again.

No lift, and we were put on 2nd floor. No tea/coffee in room. Bed far too small. No air conditioning. Bedroom far too small. Price way over the standard of facilities. There are new hotels at the station, which are not much more expensive but are way ahead in standard, so Paris-Barcelone's main asset of being near the station is not so relevant.

Availability of room from midday. Proximity to railway station. Quietness of the bedroom.Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Breakfast and taxes included in the price. Ease of booking online. Friendly, helpful staff.

There was no shower curtain over the bath to prevent soaking the floor.
